Macro Based Diet Healthy Meal Prep Reviews 

Just received my second order and I can't rave about them more. The fact you get to pick your own protein, carb & side is a winner for me. The customer service is also bang on super quicky replies and really friendly.

Just had my first meal from here I picked the weight loss package because even when i try to eat healthy myself I can’t seem to get the balance right, I had the meatballs and pasta and it was gorgeous lovely homemade meat balls all fresh and tasty I think this will definitely be a weekly thing for me and hopefully shift a few lockdown pounds 🤞🏻

Would just like to say we have just had our first box of 10 meals delivered myself and my husband had one each ,absolutely beautiful very well presented looking forward to trying another one tomorrow and very filling,will be ordering on a regular basis well done team

Mike and macro based diner provided 50 meals to the midwives and maternity staff at james cook hospital on the international day of the midwife 2020. The meals were delicious and due to mike’s generosity were gifted for free-on top of this were delivered direct to the hospital by the most smiley, enthusiastic and polite team!

I have used macro based diner’s meals for weight loss and have been so impressed with the quality and the price.
It made my life so easy! With a busy Monday - Friday job I find myself little time to make food so macro based diner’s meals has been perfect for me !

I don’t even feel like I am on a diet as the food is so tasty and there are so many different options!!

I have been using these for approx 3 months.... have been ordering 5 meals a week on weight loss plan.
Each meal arrives perfectly sealed and condition every week.
As soon as the tab goes click ( when opened ) the flavours just hit you. Few minutes in the microwave and it's ready and after a 12 hour day just what I need!!!
Every meal I have eaten has been full of flavour, very satisfying, and very tasteful.
I have never used a meal prep before but I would highly recommend these guys....
Happy to help whenever you need with ordering, very polite staff, nothing no trouble.
In my first few months I have lost 9 kilo and am extremely happy with the way things are.

Honestly hands down the worst meal prep I have ever had the chicken is all processed like farm foods cheap chicken.
The portion size would not feed a baby and to say it was one of the more expensive meal prep options on the market almost 80 pounds for a week meal scandalous I can see why a lot of people dislike it this strongly recommend not trying this guys also give me the runs and a poor stomach

I signed up for the meals as I'm a mother of 5 working full time needing to lose weight with no time to cook from fresh every day. I ordered the 5 for £20 to have as an evening meal and calorie count the rest of the day. The meals are gorgeous really tasty not a typical microwave ready meal at all and I think very reasonably priced. After 5 days calorie counting and eating these for tea I lost 7lb, these are now part of my weekly shop 🤞 the weight loss continues 🙂

I am not one to give feedback unless I really feel the need. I have used other meal providers in the past for a reasonable amount of time and Macros is by far the best. I chose the gains meals which is the right portion size for me. They are tasty meals and the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommended to all, at least give them a go for a week.

I went to macro based diner to pick up my meals I got ten meals and 1 overnight oats and a dessert I’ve had the sweet chilli steak with broccoli green beans for my tea I had butter chicken with broccoli green beans it was delicious 😋 I would highly recommend the Marco diner meals mike and his team are amazing good service friendly and polite I’m hoping this is the boost I need to my weight loss journey xxx

Highly recommend, food tastes amazing. Always fresh, plenty of choice, service in the diner is great, really friendly and always a warm welcome, delivery service is bang on, meals always arrive on the day.

Sorry only 3 stars this week as I stayed in all day Sunday as delivery was stated as between
8am and 5pm. Finally arrived at 10 minutes to 6pm had to wait in all day! Also a couple of the containers were cracked at the bottom so I had sauce spilled in the packaging. I was still able to use them though. Loving the meals by the way. Thanks. Jo

Excellent quality meals everytime. Takes the ease out of cooking everyday and night when busy working 12+ hours shifts.
Plus all the macros are worked out for you so u can track ur calories each day to achieve your goals.

I really enjoy the varied meals, I just would like fish and vegetarian options as I am not a great meat lover
