Keep charging me for canceled subscription
Canceled my subscription months ago but they keep debiting my account. No customer service or replies. Apple recommends against this product.

SCAM! Dont use
Used to work great... But now its a SCAM! Comeplete Scam, They will mess you up with subscriptions. make you subscribe multiple times., never completes the years...horrible I hope they get exposed and shut down...moving to other companies..never again

Product is average
Product is average. The hoops you have to jump through to cancel the subscription is ridiculous. You basically have to send a request to support.
Edit: asked by Trustpilot to provide additional information. I’m an IT professional with 30 years experience. To cancel the subscription is an experience of it’s own and clearly meant to discourage from unsubscribing.

Product excellent but customer service poor
The product is in my opinion EXCELLENT however
they are let down with poor customer service. I have tried 4 times to get them to change my email address [the address on record was compromised and closed] and I get automated responses but NO ACTION. It is
just so frustrating.

Fallen off a cliff
Fallen off a cliff - completely broken. No longer works and was told to redownload the new version with my existing account and upgrade would be free. Does not let me on the site use my account and can't use old one. Scammers.

Horrible
Horrible. A nightmare to unsubscribe. Tried calling, just get recorded message, can’t get further. Online requests are linked to places with no response. In essence, once you sign on to MacPaw you’re signed up for life with a yearly bill. Avoid!!!!

I use a lot of plugins for my audio processing, and depend on Clean My Mac to keep my new Macs running fast and lean. I got a discount on e-mail for a new subscription, but checked, and mine is good through October. Can you piggyback the discount to when mine runs out? Thanks!
I had a problem with my account
I had a problem with my account, owing to the fact that we have two Macs in the house, and now, briefly, three, while I migrate to a newer one. I thought I might have two different subscriptions running, but the staff at MacPaw checked out my status, gave me clear instructions as to how to resolve the issue, and it was solved within a very short time.
Customer support was prompt
Customer support was prompt, courteous and above all, helpful. My problem transferring my account to a new laptop was swiftly resolved.
Great Communication and followup!
I did have a glitch on accessing my product.
The MacPaw team kept communicating, taking the initiative with suggestions and instructions till the problem was solved. Thank you!
Customer Service don’t reply
I’ve used Clean my Mac for years and been very happy so I tried Gemini2. Was less happy with the latter and tried to cancel the subscription. Weeks and months have gone by and no one has replied to my emails or ticket raised through their contact form.
They have since charged me for another years subscription.

This is the most effective Mac software
This is the most effective piece of software on my MacBook. Upgraded this year, small issue but response from support was in nanoseconds and immediate fix.... It could not have happened quicker or more satisfactory had a support person being sitting next me. Awesome performance.
