If I could give zero stars that would…

If I could give zero stars that would be appropriate. DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICE TO THESE PEOPLE. They will lie about its condition and then refuse to return it. They will make you BUY a return label if you want your item back.
These people are beyond despicable. It's a bait and switch operation - I don't know how they can stay in business.
They offered $27 for a fully functional iPad 5 in perfect condition. What a ripoff.
Then they got a manager to email and he just goes on and on and on like he's writing a book. I sent screenshots of where they offer free shipping and returns and they said that's not their site. But they sent my devices back anyway. My next call was going to be the attorney general for fraud.
You've been warned now plenty on TrustPilot.

They should get zero stars…

They should get zero stars they have fraudulent business practices. You send them your device, which is an impeccable condition, but they will send you back pictures of a device that is not yours and damaged and yours is damaged. You will never get what you should for your device because they lie do not do business with this company

i should have read these reviews before…

i should have read these reviews before I sent my MacBook Pro to them. They said $650 and then saying no it's $455 based on big scratches which it did not have. It was perfect. I now see this is how they operate. They should be turned in, (apple offered 620 and I was an idiot trusting these people)
Now I want it back and won't accept the offer. I'm waiting to hear back as I don't know how that works.

Bait and switch pricing when they…

Bait and switch pricing when they purchase devices. They offered $536 for my M2 MacBook Air 13.3” 16GB 512GB. When they received it they said it was packaged well and looked great, but then claiming “keyboard imprinting.” This, supposedly, is when the keyboard begins to leave markings on the glass of the display. The problem with this is that the device has spent 99% of its life open! How can there be keyboard imprinting if the device was left open almost its entire life in a stand on my desk? They lowered their offer by just over 12%! When I questioned this they then countered back at ~$518 and if I don’t take their offer they will not return my device unless I pay for the return shipping. So they will then still have my device (stolen) and have not paid me? Really? I chose their offer because they will send it directly to me via Zelle. Apple and Best Buy offered better but I would have had to purchase from them to redeem the trade-in. I should have gone with them. I’m now waiting to hear back from MacMeAnOffer for my latest reply. Should something change this review will be updated accordingly.

Don’t Trust Them

Sent them an iPad Air 3. Was working fine for me. Held a charge, screen flawless. They said battery was bad and tinted LCD. Offered $7.50. Don’t trust them.

Bait and switch

Sent a complete spotless iPad to them in original box. I always used a screen shield. They said it a some pitting on the screen, they sent me a picture of another iPad with different packing in the background. They paid me the price for a damaged iPad, when mine was pristine. I sent them pictures of my iPad right before it went into the box for return. Never had this problem with Gazelle.

They are a bit Scammy

I will not use again

Avoid!!!

Sent them an ipad, carefully packaged and they confirmed there was no damage. They say the home button doesn't work which is a complete lie, now I have to pay to have it returned. Scam artists, avoid!
