the big tasty gets released again and is now the same price but same size a a fkin cheeseburger,
What a con! Shame I can add a picture,

Just had a brownie McFlurry and to be honest, I was very disappointed as it had chunks of brown biscuit rather than a cake texture, how is that a brownie? Should be called a chocolate biscuit McFlurry

If I could give a zero I would!
McDonald’s Milford Haven, Pembs, you have once again excelled yourselves.
Queue of 8 car, placed my order, eventually drove to the window to pay. No one there, sat for a few minutes and the cars in front of me had driven off so I drove to the next window only to be told they were short staffed and I’d have to drive around again to pay!! As you can imagine, that was not going to happen & I drove off.
This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store & won’t be bothering again!

Me and my friends are students. We were enjoying a joyful game of Uno Flip while we waited for our Mcflurry to arrive. As we were playing, a member of staff came over to us. She said "Put those cards away! That's a sign of gambling!' Bear in mind, that we were playing UNO FLIP which is suitable for children aged 7 plus! We then spent the rest of our visit being gloomy. After all, we were only trying to have a little fun! This was at the McDonalds in Carlisle town centre.

Very disgusting. Got some sausage burritos in marengo IL and god damn that shit WAS SO DISGUSTING. Either they are lazy POS's or they just 500+ pounds. Ong clean yo restaurant X,D

Ordered from Huddersfield town centre McDonald’s to be delivered. Food took an hour to arrive and was freezing cold and stale, not even slightly warm. As per usual no recourse or refund for below par food

Prices keep going up, burgers keep getting smaller. No longer value for money except for the coffee.

MacDonald at causeway point the manager and supervisor very rude. I ask to change the toy and the supervisor refuse. I had been to many MacDonald all staffs happily let me change toy when i request. Also once I ate in that branch the supervisor scold me for not clean the spill on the table. I thot I only need to remove the paper cup etc , didn’t know I have to clean the table. I hate to go that MacDonald but sometimes no choice if my customers request meet there. I hope they do something about it. The supervisors and managers are Malay lady and not even customer service train to talk properly . Sad

Went to Macdonald today in 29 and Cicero poor service they take 30 minutes to get my order this was two weeks ago, today I don’t get my order I pull one of drive thru is not working so I’m pull to the window they refuse to give me service so I have to live , never going to came back to this Macdonald

Disgusting did not recieve full order drink spilt on doorstep no refund or meal we actually ordered customer service awful never again. !

Downloaded the app and made an order for £51 …. Delivery was via UBER …. I was not just disappointed i was disgusted none of the food was even slightly warm it was ALL literally stone cold.
Inedible.
I got back on the app to complain and apart from it taking 20 minutes to get through to an agent it’s not a McDonalds agent it’s an UBER agent - there is NO way to raise a complaint with McDonalds it has to go via Uber …. The uber agent said they understand i am disappointed but the food was delivered within a time that was acceptable and so no refund would be given !!!
Regardless of the delivery time the food was too cold to eat it was horrible …. So McDonalds needs to be accountable for the cold food and i 100% should have been refunded !!
It’s ridiculous that Uber are handling McDonalds customer service issues wether it was Ubers fault or McDonalds the fact is i paid a lot of money for food that should have been delivered at a temperature it could be eaten at - I’m so angry !!!

THIS SHIT WAS ASS WE WAITED ONE HOUR FOR ONE CHEESE BURGER AND ONE COKE ZERO. ITS LITERALLY FASTER TO BUY IN COOP365 AND GO HOME TO COOK IT YOURSELF

Went for breakfast, should be called break slow because worse maccys ever , walk round like zombies not a rush in them…. 35 mins i waited from ordering for my order never ever been fast food …..

Rahman the Manager at McDonald’s in Enfield Great Cambridge Road has Fantastic customer service skills. He was able to delegate tasks to his staff members whilst delivering excellent customer service to customers. A job well done! :)

Staff were rude, service was way too slow. To much talking and not enough working. Food was warm and everything appeared to much for the staff. Very disappointed.

I bought a hot chocolate drink from McDonald’s at Riverside Retail Park, Chelmsford branch. It was made of water rather than with milk and was disgusting. I don’t know if this branch is taking short cuts to economise or if all their outlets serve such rubbish. I threw it in the drain and bought a delicious hot chocolate from Costas opposite.

Don’t bother to order delivery -3 strikes and done . three times I have ordered McDonald’s via the delivery service Uber eats each time it’s been a complete fiasco the last time my wife was greeted by three foreign men who didn’t speak English the order arrived 25 minutes after the delivery time we were texted with . Disappointing not to mention a little scary . not advised for women.

Hi good afternoon. I hope you all guys good. I want to share one thing with you guys. There’s one lady she work in McDonald’ Ruston Road. Skinny tall girl with a curly hair She’s very rude and un respectful.We have to report or complain about her. She’s very rude to all the drivers.

McDonald's at Glamis Castle turn off near Forfar. Young staff member very rudely asked me to stand away from the counter when the store was empty. Store was empty because the tills were only accepting cash and weren't accepting cards or contactless. I managed to order on the app. There was literally no one else in the store and certainly no one queuing behind me. She came from behind the counter, pointed to the condiments stand and said "Can you go and stand over there" I asked excuse me? She repeated her rude request two more times as I couldn't believe what she was saying to me so asked her to repeat what she said. And not a please or thank you in sight. When I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me, she also hid her name badge and then went to hide in the kitchens until I left. I also tried to talk to a more senior member of staff but they were all "busy" in the kitchen ignoring me.

The Grinch meal was amazing and their service was even better
