strong and gorgeous image

Earring, rings, i've many of Macabre's product.
I am really proud to have one of the most talented brand for jewellery. I really love the mermaidmen, who cut the standard of the masculinity with tenderless, strong image.
We saw multiple form of beauty on this brand, and it make the label image so strong.
The quality is amazing especially the silver jewels.

Looks like good quality until it doesn’t

Overly unimpressed with this brand’s quality and customer service.
My boyfriend bought a marble stag ring a while back, wore it a couple of times before it broke. The antlers completely disintegrated.
A few months later I bought him a silver earring and I immediately noticed that the silver part connecting the hoop earring to the dagger pendant was a little open instead of being a full circle. I contacted customer service to tell them about my concerns as the earring could’ve easily broken thus losing the pendant. I also took the chance to tell them about the marbel ring. They got back to me two months later I think, to say they could fix the earring but obviously - surprise - I had to pay for it, including shipping.
Anyway since they took their sweet time to reply, we’d already gotten rid of the ring, and the price to fix the earring (which we didn’t break ourselves, we received a faulty item) was way too high so we just dropped it. My boyfriend’s worn the earring a total of 10 times and it literally just broke. Never buying from them again, each item was around £150/£200 and honestly, not worth it. There’s so many other brands out there that can satisfy your spooky jewellery craving, but at least give you what you pay for and if you have a problem, they answer within two days, not two months.

I'm very very sorry to write this down

I'm very very sorry to write this down, I'm trying to reach for support on all social media possible but nobody is answering me. It's almost a month since my purchase, the shop has taken my money but never provide a single news on shopping or anything. I hope I will receive any answer soon or I'll have to mark this shop as not professional. It's not fair.

Over a month with no delivery or meaningful update

I hate the fact that I'm here writing this. That I've been made to feel there was no other recourse. I ordered an expensive item a month ago and it has yet to arrive. Updates were not offered and only given when i have chased. Even then, it has been the assurance that they will check with the workshop and let me know, something which they repeated twice without actually telling me what the response was. Nor why there was a delay, or what they were doing to resolve it, how they were planning to make this right. Not even a throwaway goodwill gesture. Nothing. This is not my first purchase from macabre gadgets. I've given them hundreds of pounds and recommended others who have done so as well. Not that this matters. Good customer service should apply to every customer and every purchase, be it the first or one hundredth. In any event, the bottom line is this. There has been unreasonable delay in delivering an item listed for sale on their website. If it is not in stock and needs to be manufactured, then they should have either listed it as out of stock or placed a warning on the website. I bought this with what i thought was enough time to present to my wife for a birthday gift, but that time has come and gone. Now it is a matter of principle and anger at being treated this way. Being ignored while macabre are just sitting on my money.

Great Jewellery, though issues may take a while

Really beautiful jewellery, bought from them twice.

I initially wrote a negative review highlighting my issue with communication when I was dealing with a return. Since then I had MG reach back out to me and solve all my issues and provide me perfect jewellery.

I will more than likely buy from MG again, but I’ll take extra care to be attentive to the size guides.

I think the clauses written in small…

I think the clauses written in small lines are really made by people who don't like their customers. They protect themselves as best they can from discontent, for poor quality and too long a process time. I think those who wrote the opposite in comments were paid by the brand. It's close to being a scam

Unique stuff

The rings are really unique, problem is they have wrong sizing, if you want a 9 us then you should get a 8 us, outside of that they are really unique stuff
Update: yes i got a size exchange! Which is great but i still think the sizes should be corrected! Regardless also got some earings and they are awesome!

Not reliable

When I bought a ring I was very careful in checking the size, and being the diameter measurement in mm I was pretty sure about having purchased the right one.
But when the ring was delivered the diameter was over by 3mm, impossible to wear even with an adjuster.
The customer care said I could send back the ring and have it returned at my expenses for a size change but when I pointed out the mistake has been made by their side (I even sent pictures with unequivocally proof the size sent was wrong) so they should take responsibility for their mistake, they justify themselves adducing this kind of ring must be measured with "a special ring sizer".
This type of excuse is pathetic.
I also found distasteful the fake courtesy in their answers, I didn't receive one bit of apology.
And since their products are not cheap, I expected a better customer care.

I will pay a local silversmith for ad adjustment. That's someone I can trust.

incredible designs and customer service

absolutely great designs, i’ve had some rings for years and their durability is impressive (I wear them often and they’re still in almost pristine condition). very unique and interesting choices of materials that I haven’t seen anywhere else

but most importantly their customer service is wonderful. I asked for a size exchange for a ring I bought +6 years ago and not only did they enlarge it for me, they changed it once again after I realized it still wasn’t large enough. they might take some time to respond sometimes as they are obviously a small business but they really care about their customers. that was my experience

Will buy again and recommend to friends and people as I get asked about my macabre gadgets often :) cheers

It’s just amazingly beautiful

It’s just amazingly beautiful! I’ve got a couple of pieces last month and can’t get over how exquisite it is, keep wearing it with every outfit!
It’s been two days until the order was shipped and delivery took exactly 1 day!
Will definitely buy again and again! Thank you!!!!!

10 business days to process your order

10 business days to process your order? Well, screw you and your order😂 it’s been now.. hm.. let me count..19 business days and my purchase is not dispatched. It was supposed to be a birthday gift and to make sure it arrives on time I’ve ordered with a 1-week margin so that even if something goes wrong I would have a whole week to maneuver. But that didn’t work, days came and passed and all I got from them were apologies, I texted them a couple of times after the “supposedly” due date to receive a generic answer : “blablabla we’re sorry, but hold on”. As an act of their goodwill (their words) they’ve refunded my delivery costs, so once the order is ready it will be delivered by fastest post and charge free. But guess what? I don’t care about 20 bucks for a delivery!!! What I care about is my fu** order to be delivered on time so I could gift it to someone I love. And then at one point they even stopped answering my letters. I mean, of course they must have been not an easy reading and most likely they have nothing else to say to me, but still, ignoring your customer like that … So I don’t know yet what the end of this story is going to be like as I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. Birthday has passed, I feel like sh**, thank you Macabre gadgets.

Dear friend, processing time isn't a secret, it is stated as clear as possible at the only FAQ page at the website along with checkout page. All Macabre gadgets are handcrafted exclusively to order, therefore order processing time may take up to 10 business days. Nevertheless, we are always trying our best to fulfil the orders as soon as possible! It is also not applicable for every design: generally they are shipped within a couple of days.

Because of the specifics of the items in your order, processing time took 7 business days before the items were shipped. We could only suggest to place your order sligltly in advance giving our craftsman an opportunity to produce the best quality jewel for you!
Naturally, order processing time is not enclosed to the estimated delivery time stated in shipping options since those are delivery times. Specific processing time is stated on the product page for designer where this is required. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

Hefty price point but the quality is superb …

The necklace I ordered came perfectly and on time with the adjustments I asked for. The emails where answered promptly and on time. Prices are hefty but it’s justified with quality and finish of there products. 10/10

Great aftercare service.

Great aftercare service.
I had to contact them after a necklace arrived broken in 2 pieces.

They answered fast after my query and proposed to replace it for free (shipping fees for the return on my own tho). Replacement was done fast also and was in a perfect shape.

Overall a good company

I ordered a beautiful ring from their website, which took a good couple of weeks to get shipped but I'm okay with that because their products are definitely not being made in large quantities.

The ring arrived with great care to both packaging and presentation, along with a coupon for my next order. Definitely above my expectations!

The ornament that was on top of the ring wasn't really well centered on the ring at all though, and was definitely put on at a sloppy angle. which I'd normally let go, but for a 300+ dollar ring I definitely wasn't expecting it to look so... rushed. Got in contact with customer service and after a week or so they let me know I could send it back to them and they'd replace it with a new ring and send it back to me. Problem solved!

P.S: for people reading other reviews saying that it's not real marble but plastic, it's something they call 'bonded marble' which to my understanding consists of both marble and resin, as just the marble would be way too fragile for jewelry. So think of it as more of a marble composite of sorts.
