Very attentive to the need of the customer to have an enjoyable purchasing experience. Not only was I able to find a sold out item, I was followed up with by the customer concierge to ensure my satisfaction in a timely fashion. Even if there is a hiccup Lyst will make sure it is rectified expeditiously, which constitutes good faith in spending hard earned money with lyst in the future. The staff & professionalism is A1! The ABSOLUTE worst experience I’ve EVER had ordering a product online. This was the 1st order I’ve EVER ordered from LYST and the last. I clearly order an Alabama hoodie which you refer to in this email and was sent an Oklahoma hoodie. They were available on several sites but after my screwed up order they are no longer available. I have cancer and this was the only thing I wanted for Christmas. Then y’all made it out like it was MY mistake for ordering the only Oklahoma hoodie. This has been a nightmare for spending so much time with emails going back and forth with yall……ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
