I ordered my lampshade 25 September 2016! Still not received to date! After reading other reviews can only assume that I will not receive!

No customer service and never received my order see other reviews don't deal with this company

Ordered a product in September, payment taken from bank account on the same day, its now November and ive still not received what I ordered.
I have made several phone calls but never got further than an automated menu, never got put through to a person to speak about my order, I have also sent several emails and again have had no reply to any of them, what an absolute waste of time and money, I would strongly advise that under no circumstances anyone uses this company as they are complete cowboys, totally useless in every way.

I bought some lights months ago. They weren't in stock but they said they would send a similar product. This still hasn't happened. I've asked several times for a refund instead and they simply ignore my emails. I would not recommend this company to anybody! I have no lights, no refund and they just ignore my emails.

Shockingly bad service from this company, after a month of waiting for my items and numerous calls and e-mails to them, only fobbed on with a reply and items never received - thankfully good old paypal sorted this for me with a full refund.

Ordered and paid for light fitting 17th September 2016. After numerous delivery promises and excuses for the first 3 weeks I then suffered complete non-response to any of my communications. Even the managing director ignored my emails. I finally received my money back through PayPal after they too received no response from the company

Goods never arrived. Could not get hold of supplier. Supplier did not attempt to get hold of me.

Cancelled my order, but no refund given, reported the company to my bank, who are now trying to reclaim it for me! Please do not buy from this company

Rubbish company. Lied about delivery date and then fobbed me off on several occasions about a new delivery date. Had to issue a chargeback via bank to get a refund.

If only more people looked at these reviews before purchasing.

Swift service, nil problems

I ordered some lighting on 22nd September and have still not received anything. I have had two unsatisfactory email responses, the company does not answer the phone and I am now going to start a process to try to get a refund. I really don't know why they are still trading! I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I sent my order.

Goods as described, well packed and promptly delivered.

Lights arrived promptly & cheaper than I found them elsewhere on the internet. There was a bit of an issue when they upgraded my deleted very option which meant that they would arrive sooner, when we were away. I asked that they delay delivery until we were home & got a series of messages asking if my query had been dealt with, saying that it would be, but never actually answering me! As it was, the lights arrived while we were away & when they were still sending emails saying they'd sort it. So, good for cheap lights, bad if you want any sensible communication.

I ordered a ceiling fan from them, and it came without problem. Then it went wrong and I had to claim under guarantee. Their first email said, "No problem. My colleague will be in touch with you tomorrow to arrange collection". That never happened, and there then followed the most ridiculous email correspondence I have ever known. I even had a threat saying that if I contacted them again it would delay their response! The last I heard was an email saying simply, "Please disregard this email" - yes, you read that right! Luckily I paid using a credit card so I was able to claim reimbursement from the bank.

Absolutely shocking service! Not received my goods!

"Thieves and Liars" I think best describes this company. Placed my order over 8 weeks ago and still nothing. Fobbed off with this excuse and that excuse........ They are full of it..........

I ordered a wall light 6 weeks ago! still not here... no one has bothered even calling me, even though I am calling every week!

This company is a joke.
Taken my money and not delivered any products.
Ignoring any form of contact and not providing refund.

On 12th October 2016 placed an order for 3 x small neon lamps.
delivery time 3 - 5 days.
November 1st 2016 have tried numerous times to contact this Company by email and telephone.
emails come back "undeliverable"
phone calls to 01543 226103 gets cut off a couple of seconds after contact .
Their telephone quoted on their website (01283 740630) gets diverted then cuts off after being diverted. Absolute waste of time and space .
Avoid this Company

This company had some bad reviews that looked quite personal ...but I tried them anyway and found excellent delivery and after sales service ! I have bought from them since and will again .
