Terrible customer service, no returns and incorrect sizing information
Firstly, I would rather give zero stars, but sadly, that's not an option. I stupidly started to put an order through with Lylus before checking on here. My son forwarded me details on an item of clothing and I started ordering. Luckily, as I'd chosen the pay be PayPal option it gave me a few extra valuable seconds and I managed to stop the payment from going through from my credit card. Moments before I verified the payment on my banking app I thought I'd check Trustpilot.com and thank god I did. I cancelled the payment and after a few hours of it showing as pending, it reversed and all is good.
I've ordered a tracksuit and a crewneck over a month ago and it didn't arrived. Guys it is just a scam. Please don't go with it.
