It starts with the salesman Samuel who makes things much nicer than they are.
He came by and sprinkled all kinds of nice terms and promises of guarantee and smoth service between parties (floor heating and pvc floor).

Then once we signed the quote the whining started with LVT, don't keep appointments,
Poor communication, coming up with things after we had already paid,
wrong quotes with overpriced products in them.

When they finally start with everything it turns out that the fermacell plates we laid are not desirable but
that brio plates had to be laid because they do that themselves while we laid fermacell on the advice of LVT.
Later they come to level it and if it turns out that this was not done properly, it is obviously not their fault and made us pay for levelling again. After much discussion they promised the costs were shared and the VAT is paid by LVT, we had to pay in advance and they will reimburse meanwhile half a year later and still nothing seen.

Then the floor gets laid but skirt boards and a door mat are still missing. appointment after appointment LVT did not show up without notice. we had to call and ask everytime why nobody shows to the appointment. 4 months later the skirt board gets placed and the door mat gets places but it gets cut terribly. you guess who doesn't pick up the phone since then?

And calling and calling what LVT did nothing about the communication. the owner Sebastian who should determine matters is never there.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT deal with these scammers because it will save you a lot of pain and trouble.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a complete and utter disgrace. They don't deserve even a fraction of a star. In fact, they should be shut down and blacklisted immediately. Do NOT be fooled by any positive reviews – they are blatantly fake, undoubtedly posted by their own employees. The real story lies in the consistent, horrifying experiences of their victims, as clearly evidenced by the numerous negative reviews.

These are not mere "inconveniences"; this is outright theft and incompetence. They are incapable of delivering quality work, and they have zero intention of completing the jobs they start. You will be forced to relentlessly hound them for months, wasting your time and sanity. DO NOT, under any circumstances, pay them a single cent upfront. This is their primary tactic: to extract your money and then disappear, leaving you stranded.

In my case, it's been a catastrophic three months. They installed the floor heating (subcontracted, of course, and completed by someone else) and then abandoned the project, leaving my floor a hazardous, unfinished mess. I have been chasing them relentlessly, only to be met with silence and broken promises. I am now forced to physically confront them, with absolutely no confidence that they will fulfill their obligations.

Engaging this company was the single most idiotic decision of my life. Beware of their smooth-talking marketing team, especially the likes of "Jacob." They are professional liars, making empty promises that vanish the moment your money hits their account. You will be ignored, your calls unanswered, and your emails met with empty assurances that are never followed through. I have documented countless confirmations of their "scheduled" visits, all of which were lies.

Three months! Three months of living in a construction zone with a five-year-old child because of these incompetent charlatans. They initially promised completion by January 10th, 2025. Today is March 10th, and I am still begging them to finish what they started. If you have money to burn and enjoy being treated with utter contempt, then by all means, hire them.

Their lack of professionalism is staggering. They have absolutely no regard for your money or their commitments. Their sole objective is to steal your funds and vanish. I have sent countless emails and made numerous calls, all ignored. I stupidly paid 90% upfront, a lesson I learned the hard way. As a newcomer to the Netherlands, I naively trusted people would be honest. I was tragically wrong.

This company is a complete and utter scam. They lack the manpower, the skill, and the integrity to complete any project. My only recourse now is to file a formal complaint and pursue legal action. Imagine buying a home and being unable to live in it due to the negligence and deceit of these individuals.

Do not subject yourself to this torment. Dealing with this company has severely impacted my mental health and personal life. If you want to experience the same level of stress, frustration, and financial loss, then by all means, proceed. But you have been warned.
