I forwarded them a copy of my shipping label and mailed the products back!! I have no products and I am out $70!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order December 8, 2025 and the item arrived defective. I emailed them and they offered a 10% refund for an item that couldn’t be used. After going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to ship a new item. I agreed to this and I was sent a fake tracking number. It has been well over a month with no communication as they’re not responding to my emails. Shopify doesn’t help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
