Recently purchased a ceiling extractor for our kitchen island and the quality of the hood was excellent.
I needed some advise on what type of ducting to use and how to install it. The service I received while at the warehouse was outstanding. Took time to listen to what I needed and offered a professional solution to what was needed.

We have a ceiling extractor from Luxair which is almost 10 years old now. It’s worked flawlessly and I love how powerful it is to clear steam and cooking smells from an open plan kitchen/living area. The cover is easily opened to allow the filters to be removed and put in the dishwasher. I contacted Luxair to say that the cover now won’t stay shut as the grommets are greasy and worn. They immediately offered to send another two grommets in the post. Fabulous customer service, I’m impressed with both the ceiling hood and the company response.

I have had my Luxair Extractor hood for a number of years now without any need to contact Luxair due to issues. I have contacted them recently, but not because of any problem, just to update the halogen lights in the hood to LED.
First of all allow me to express how much of a pleasure it is to deal with them, it's an absolute breath of fresh air to have such wonderful professionalism in today's markets.
When ordering the conversion kit, I made an error in the order which was spotted by someone at Luxor, instantly I was contacted for verification, then reimbursement was made for the overpayment of parts not required.
Now, within 24 hours of asking for guidance with an issue, I have received a reply with guidance to the cause of my problem.
Take a huge pat on the back for exquisite service Luxor. Thank you so much for your prompt, professional and caring response.

Had to change order TWICE and Holly could not have been more helpful. Her attitude and help were exemplary which reduced my stress levels enormously. I can't thank her enough.
As a bonus the 2 gents in the warehouse were also great and very efficient.
In short, if you want to buy an extractor at a cpmpetitve price and would like good service, buy from Luxair.

Product: vent hood, luxair ch90 delux SS.
Motor on hood packed up, phoned for replacement motor under warranty terms of 5 years on parts to be told that Luxair wouldn’t do anything about their product failure due to not registering the warranty. I wasn’t informed at the time of installation about product registration, whilst I accept my failure to register the product, this, in the end is only a formality, which as a so-called luxury brand one would have considered they may consider overlooking. They’ve got the loophole and they’ve used it! It’s a lesson learned, with such a poor customer response and care, I won’t be reordering one of their products in the future.

Through my own foolishness, I had caused the filter panels of my cooker hood to become badly discoloured. Very disappointing, after keeping them near pristine for many years. A very helpful phone call with a very pleasant lady at Luxair resulted in the purchase of two replacements in very quick time. I had to pay for my stupidity of course, but, I no longer have a daily reminder of it! Thank you Luxair. Your kind and helpful response to my self made dilemma is much appreciated.

I can only praise the customer service. I had initially contacted them because I needed replacement filters but was then told my cooker hood is so old the filters don't exist anymore, so I ended up ordering a new hood. The customer rep looked at the photos and measurements I emailed them, helped me identify the newer model (incl. the filters that go with it) and sent me direct links to it. They then very helpfully raised the order for me and also booked the installation service. It made everything much easier for me.

I had a cooker hood installed in 2010 and although I changed the filters several times, I left it for more years that was sensible. When I tried to get replaqcements off the web they were "no longer available" and I lost interest, On Boxing Day I suddenly thought to contact Luxair, the hood maunfactureres, direct. To my surprise I had a very friendly reply within a few days, and as soon as I sent them the information requested, they sent me a link to a suitable filter. To get such excellent service over a very busy holiday period is worthy of 5 stars in my opinion.

I brought and had a luxair ceiling fan installed approx. 4 years ago. One side dropped and wasn't fitting flush. The person who fitted it wasnt contactable. I emailed luxair and they were amazing. The engineer Jim came and visited me today and he was amazing to say the least..he had a look took some of the fan apart and immediately knew what to do. He fixed my fan in a matter of minutes and also checked and tightened some other bits..I just wanted to say thank you..considering they are based in rippon. I am truly amazed by the customer service which is excellent via phone and email and the engineer Jim was brilliant he was so knowledgeable and I felt so reassured due to the way he worked and he fixed the issue so quick I was amazed..thanks again luxair and especially Jim for being amazing.
