I appointed a bathroom installer to tile my shower room and install the sanitary appliances. When he started the job, the bathroom installer suggested using Luvanto Click+ flooring and said he could supply and fit it. He showed me some samples and I thought the product was fantastic quality so we employed the bathroom installer to supply and fit this floor. Unfortunately, some of the floor planks started to separate. When I asked him about this, the bathroom installer insisted he had fitted the floor correctly and said I could ask QA Flooring. So I contacted QA Flooring and Mandy took time to understand my concerns and then put me in contact with Phil who could look into them. Phil could not have been more helpful – he asked lots of questions and listened to the issues I faced. He even tried to contact the bathroom installer on my behalf. Phil was able to identify that the planks were separating due to the incorrect installation by the bathroom installer. At that point, QA Flooring were not responsible for the issues I faced but Phil wanted to find a resolution nonetheless. Firstly, he completed a report and explained why the installation was flawed. To help us rectify this, he explained how the subfloor should be prepared and explained which product was suitable for our needs. He then went above and beyond to help us and kindly offered to deliver the suitable flooring product (including the accessories) to my home address free of charge. I still cannot believe how Phil gave us a solution even though it was not his responsibility to do so. I first spoke to Phil on Friday and the issue was resolved on Monday (even though the business was closed Saturday and Sunday). I really can’t thank Phil enough for being so kind and generous to help me rectify the original faulty installation. Thank you Phil and Mandy at QA Flooring.

I had a technical query & called Luvanto quite late in the day - just 12 minutes before they were due to close. The very helpful lady who answered the phone passed my call to the Tech team & to my surprise a member of the team, Phil, called back within minutes. He was brilliant - really helpful and took time to listen to all my questions & to respond. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I contacted Luvanto regarding a problem. I initially spoke to Michelle who efficiently referred me to the technical department. My call from them was prompt and I spoke to Phil. Found it great both of wet set and pressure sensitive, high initial grab and long open time and a pressure sensitive

We recently renovated our kitchen and utility room, we needed someone with knowledge of our chosen stick down flooring and we were put in touch with Phil Stock the technical expert. He gave us all the information we needed in order to progress our job correctly, nothing was too much trouble for him and his knowledge and expertise was invaluable, he was a pleasure to talk to and went out of his way to solve an issue we encountered. He is a absolute professional, a credit to himself and luvanto and we cannot recommend his advice strongly enough.

We have supplied and fitted Luvanto dryback for about 5years. We have had adhesive issues over the last 2 or 3years and have tried different adhesives to find an effective one. At the end of last year we were asked to trial QA universal adhesive by Phil at technical. This adhesive has been brilliant in wet set and pressure sensitive conditions. It's easy to spread and has now become our adhesive of choice for lvt. It is also very good with sheet vinyl.
The technical expertise from Phil and his helpfulness in helping us to solve problems with a couple of jobs has been second to none. His ethos is I am here to help. That doesn't mean that he will give you everything you want . But he will help you to solve the problem. I have to say that I have experienced one of the best customer service support experiences that I have ever had from a flooring manufacturer

Opening a new shop in Cramlington Northumberland. Had several floor suppliers out to get quotes for supplying LVT flooring. Luvanto was one of the best. Big thumbs up to Juliette. Needed some advice on various products and more know how on subfloor preparation. Phil spent 2 days going through it all great knowledge of more or less everything needed. Ordered my flooring for my shop floor a couple of boxes damaged got replaced next day. Been putting down click and glued flooring down last few days. Looks great and easy to work with. Brilliant company, they have been supplying me for years now. I came across an issue (Not product related) and Phil Stock, sorted everything out in a professional and efficient manner. Highly recommend.

Ordering our flooring was easy, it arrived the next day which was great service.
Unfortunately we came across an issue with the tiles when installing.
A Luvanto technical support employee quickly got in touch about ways to resolve the issue and offered to replaced the faulty packs ASAP too.
We were able to sort the problem between ourselves and luvanto the same day so our customer still got their nice new floor on schedule.

Love Luvanto. This is the third large order we have placed and it was 220m2 for a showroom. Always promt delivery, well packaged and goes together a treat. Can not fault the product or service received. Will definitely be using a lot of this LVT for the foreseeable future.

Bought Luvanto LVT Lakeside ash for a bedroom. It was bonded with Mapei Eco4lvt Adhesive. Very happy with the product and how it performs.

We had an issue with the click vinyl with the flooring not prepped sufficiently for the product and the joiner continued to fit it. Unfortunately the floor then started to crack and unhappy client. We got Phil to come on site and do his thorough tests, he was polite and extremely competent. The outcome is positive with alternative suggestions offered and dealt with fairly. Thanks to Phil we got out of a tricky situation and hopefully will soon be able to rectify this fully.

You are left spoilt for choice from designs and size of material, Luvanto seem to cover it all...
Also, with a micro bevel that highlights it's characteristics and with realistic embossing to each desired design you're really left with a designer/bespoke looking floor. Hands down one of the best on the market for LVT and can't fault it from product to all the hardworking team behind the scenes.

Luvanto, 5 star flooring and 5 star service!

I had a product query to a floor that had already been laid as I was having issues with the click system. I contacted Phil from the technical department who dealt with this from start to finish. A site visit was conducted and the communication and advice lead to a very satisfactory outcome. Can't fault the process and protocol as companies need to be praised for turning negative situations into positive conclusions. We have used Luvanto products for the last 3 years and never had any prior issues and will continue to use them due to the way this isolated incident was handled.

Have fitted hundreds of square metres of glue down herringbone from luvanto and as long as you use the correct smoothing compounds, adhesives and cleaning products, you will have a fabulous floor for years to come.
The product itself is very hard wearing and comparable to more exclusively named brands which will also scratch if care is not taken.
When fitting the product, sometimes the burr of the back of the product needs to be trimmed to get a tighter fit, however both the universal and high temperature glue are a joy to work with.
All in all I would definitely recommend Luvanto glue down LVT

I thought I’d post an honest review of a new to the market adhesive I’ve recently used. Luvanto Universal Adhesive by QA. I’ve been been using KE66 for a long time now and never had a reason to change until was given a tub of 10kg Universal adhesive to try out by Philip Stock, National Technical & Training manager.

Honest review is the glue is awesome but awesome in a different way. As a retailer it’s priced extremely competitively and would give a decent margin if sold by m2. As a fitter, it spreads like butter. I found it much lighter to spread but extremely tacky within a couple of minutes of gluing out. I tried it in both wet set and PS applications and it faired extremely well. This is a hybrid adhesive so works well in most conditions tested.

The smell is a very natural smell, no pungent solvents and the Product itself felt extremely clean to use and it was easy to spread. It grabbed instantly after a couple of minutes and lateral movement seemed to be stopped however pulling movement allowed replacement of planks easily enough.

There’s a slight blue tinge to the adhesive itself, this is helpful as the glue sets to help see where your line is especially on plyboard compared to the typical cream colour that blends in!

All in all a cracking product and I ’d recommend trying a tub! Fitters will love it!
