Impossible to cancel an order

I ordered on the 19th of December. Almost 1 month later (13th of January), the order has not been sent.

So I ordered the same product on another website. But it's impossible to cancel the order with Lunastore: they don't reply to emails (emails sent 5 days ago, no answer) and their lines are always busy.

Order # PRKZHAHK

Update 15/1: Finally! It took 6 days, and so many emails, but my order is cancelled. Waiting for the refund, now.

Update 15/2: After one month, refund not yet received!
