What an amazing team! I'm disabled and I suffering with severe leg and back pain so I thought I'd try and get a whirlpool path so the jets can help with the pain management and to be honest was also a dream of mine for years...
First off - could't find a single firm to have an actual conversation with - all bots, leaving messages with no reply at local firms - almost gave up. THEN...
Almost ready to give up, I found Luna and had a conversation first, with Manny who passed me on to Nicholas and suddenly I'm talking to a firm that gets it, makes bespoke units. Nick listened - I know nothing about any of this tech and he and Amber talked me through the benefits and what might suit best. I'm not a wealthy man but they genuinely worked in my budget, didn't try and drive the price up - just worked to get me what I dreamt of and boom!
Now I have the most amazing whirlpool bath, jets in all the right places for my leg and back and even the coolest LED! I can't thank them enough and I'll recommend them to anyone - already have to a couple of friends considering. There's nothing like the human approach and thank you so much Nick and Amber and Manny. It's a dream come true and all your advice, honesty, patience and attention to detail for me and the project. I feel really lucky and am so grateful for you making this a reality, in my budget. I honestly cannot speak more highly of this company. I have a disability so it was important I have a bath that helps my pain. I called Nick who was very knowledgable and advised me. He also customised my bath for me. When the bath arrived 2 of the jets were damaged and I called him and was sent replacements immediately without question and also advice on how to change them. The bath itself is amazing and powerful. It's actually like getting a proper massage! I paid for the best and I definitely got the best. The service is excellent also.

I was after a freestanding whirlpool bath with the jets custom positioned specifically around lower back area. I thought I was probably looking for the impossible, but Luna spas made it for me and I’m delighted. I had a telephone call with Mani, who knows all there is to know about the subject, and great customer service from Nicholas who promptly answered all my emails. Highly recommended, fantastic bath and very happy customer. Thankyou.

Mani the craftsman who handbuilds the baths was so helpful. He gave honest good advice and was very experienced and knowledgeable. The bath and its components are of extremely high quality. It delivers a powerful massage the light feature is fab and we like that it will run through a cycle. Customer service excellent all telephone queries answered straight away by mani and nicholas is very efficient and helpful answering emails.we looked at several outlets for purchasing our spa bath and are glad we chose Luna spas. Highly recommend if you want a proper massage and spa bath you wont be disappointed!

We recently had a full re-vamp of our bathroom and decided to upgrade to an air spa bath bought from Luna Spas and are so glad we did! its absolute luxury and as for lunaspas they delivered on all fronts, great price, great product and very efficient service, definitely recommend!
