We are a talent agency that worked with Lum Partners on a creator campaign back in March, and we are still yet to receive payment more than five months later.
Despite repeatedly following up, we haven’t received a meaningful response from anyone at the company since April. No clear explanation, no payment date and, most frustratingly, no communication at all.
It’s extremely disappointing to see an agency continue operating while leaving partners and talent agencies chasing invoices for months. If you’re considering working with Lum Partners, I’d strongly recommend making sure payment terms are crystal clear and that you’re comfortable with the level of communication before committing to a campaign.
Hopefully this review prompts someone at the company to finally respond and resolve the outstanding payment.
