Do not use Services from this Company, I am waitig one year for my money after they canceled my flight on 02.03.2024 from Saarbrücken to Tuzla.

If you are planning to book tickets via this unbelievably unprofessional company, DON'T !! Our flight from Maastricht to Tuzla got canceled 2 days before departure, and we never received the refund. It has been 8 months now and we still did not receive any communication or money. We have contacted them several times throughout this period, but they are ignoring every message.

They are a bunch of scammers !! Even on different websites they state that it is known that this company doesn't refund your money back. This says already enough about them, and that this is something they do regularly. I have informed about 100 people about them and will continue doing so.

Never got refunded for the cancelled flights nor did anyone take the time or responsibility to answer my emails and reminders on this issue. Customer service is non existent and after months of trying I accepted the fact that I will never receive my money back. Unfortunately many people have experienced the same, just go through the reviews and read. Scammer alert, be warned!

I purchased two round-trip tickets from Tuzla to Istanbul and back for my wife and me for March 2024. In late February, I received an email stating that the flight was canceled and that the funds would be automatically refunded to my bank account. However, more than six months have passed, and the money still hasn’t been returned. Despite sending countless emails to customer support seeking an explanation and trying to get my money back, the response has been terrible. This is a scam; I advise you to avoid this company as they are likely to take your money without refunding it.

Scam company. No responses from customer support regarding ticket refunds. Rather travel with bike for 7 days than using services from this company.

As i wrote in February 2 tickets cancelled, the still sold ticket although they for sure knew they will cancel flights from Sweden to Tuzla. No refund as of the 27 of May.
Its incredible that a company as Lumiwings still can fly in EU. And most incredible that they still have 48% 5 stars.

My flight was cancelled 3 months ago and I still haven’t gotten money back. The way they treat customer is ridiculous. Don’t buy flights with them!

I bought 2 tickets from Esbjerg in Denmark to Tuzla in Bosnia. The first ticket I bought in February got cancelled, then I booked a new one in March, which also got cancelled. Fair enough, it is what it is. And now to the big problem. I paid about 130 euroes for booth tickets, and it has been 3 months, and I still haven't got my money back! I have wrote to them several times, and I think once or twice they wrote back that the money will be placed back on the creditcard automatically. They wrote that in March! After that I tried to contact them by mail and phone, but there are no respons what so ever! They never pick up their phone. One time they picked the phone, and hang up on me before I said anything! I keep writing mails to them, but they stopped responding. How hard can it be to return the 130 euroes I paid? Seems like the whole company just dissapered out of the blue, and I dont know how to contact them, because they are ignoring their email and phone. Its impossible to contact them. This is the last time that I will ever buy tickets from you. It's not about the money. It's about your service. You cancel my tickets, which is fair, but then 100 days later, no respons, no money, no guide, no nothing.

Scam company stay away, simple as it is.

The company is not responding to any kind of contact mail, nor phone.

Sorry this is simply a company that is not worth the money nor your trust as a flight companion.

Our advice to any one else, finds some other company for your next trip

They don’t answer to emails anymore, almost feels like the whole company is a scam to be honest. This is no way to treat people, and I know that i’m not the only one in this case.

I’m going to be a little more patiente and then I’ll take legal action for real.

The same as most of the other reviews. We've received a mail saying that they cancelled the flight of 27 February, 29 February and 5 March on February 26th!!! No attempt was made to offer anything else. We needed to take care of everything ourselves. Until today NO refund yet. They do state tat a refund is done on a credit card within 7 working days. Maybe they only work 1 day a week ?? Everytime you mail you get the same automatic answer. We are truly sorry!!

They cancelled my flight from Tuzla to Sweden in the end of February and I have still not received any refund for the ticket. First they even said that I hadn’t purchased a ticket when they clearly had charged money from my account for the ticket. Then I had to buy a super expensive ticket just to get back home to Sweden from another company and still no refund from Lumiwings. They are just sending an automatic reply when you ask about the refund and says that it will be refunded. Very unprofessional compay, would give 0 stars if possible…

They notified me that flight from Esbjerg to Tuzla has been cancelled and stated that tickets will be refunded on credit card automatically but 20 days after, I still have not received my money.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I will not stop here, I will sue them if needed.

Such a scam company!
The sold tickets even though they knew that are not going to fly any more to Tuzla starting from 27th of February! Our flight from Maastricht was canceled and there are no informations about the refund!
Nobody from all passengers from all destinations they had got a refund so far! I don’t recommend you to travel with company in the future!!!

Cancelled flights from Denmark to Tuzla, and when I wrote to ask when I'd get a refund as I obviously need my money in order to book another they just don't respond and just dont care at all. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. i got no help at all or any information about the refund of my tickets as they were the ones who cancelled.

1* for Lumiwings regarding the planes and customer support. We received a e-mail yesterday, less than 24 hours of our flight from Tuzla today (27th of Februari 2024) that our flight will be cancelled, i received a few hours prior the flight a message on WhatsApp that the flight we be cancelled. This is beyond disrespectful. I gave 1* because zero stars isn’t possible on this website.
