what happened to my initial deposit?...gone

I find the 1:10 leverage with the Basic account too low. Other than that, the pack of trading features is competitive. Was not expecting that from a broker that hasn’t been around for too long.

They called me and I found them very dominating. I asked for an e-mail with their company informatiion and more. Didn't receive it ! They called me back with an unknown Dutch mobile number. I told them that they must send me an e-mail. They didn't. Day after again a new mobile number. Same.... Later that day ... again... I didn't anwer anymore. The next 3 days about 10-15 calls a day every time a new number. Finally I got so frustrated that I answered the phone and asked them not to call again. But they keep calling.... unbelievable.

In hindsight realised link to site is embedded in a false link. Guy got really pushy on the phone to invest without researching i told him to delete my details and not call again. 16 times in 2 days he has called, all from different numbers showing up as "Suspected Spam" asking to reconsider and then later being abusive. had a "what are you gonna do about it?" attitude.

Having seen an ad (Qantum 1i) ad on Facebook that our 3 top billionaires supposedly set up for the benefit of the Australian people - their words. I decided to invest the initial 250 Oz dollars stated Dec 2023, but found out its actually in US dollars -scam? (Luminetrade). So far 4 different contacts who vehemently denied 'wrong' currency stated, and that it was not a London-based company, although address on their email stated London. Phone calls from all over Australia, which I blocked, but had assurance from my latest Account Mngr to only contact me via gmail, and I would set up a phone call if needed, so far so good.
Good news this week was that my investment had now doubled over 4 weeks to 500 Oz dollars, but having logged in on their trading website, it still shows my initial investment of 250 Oz dollars!
Now waiting for a phone call to explain.

I have been cheated, the first caller telling they are good AI trader and doing well but is all bluff when I ask to return my money they claim their finances are having difficulties in the AI system, passed 4 days already, supposed to call me back on 29 Dec 2023, sent email no response at all, You out there get scammed by this M..... F..... !

SCAM! I tried to withdraw and they stopped getting back to me. Don't use them. I have learnt my lesson.

Harassement! I changed my mind and decided not to deal with them because they seemed too sketchy. They called me 20 times in one day from different phone numbers/towns/provinces to make me change my mind. I was at a point where I was screaming at them on the phone to stop calling me and they STILL CALLED ME BACK! This was harassment pure and simple.

This is a rip off. I have been trying to withdraw for over a month. Now no response to phone or e-mails . According to their figures I have over$12000 but I can't even get my initial investment back. I started asking for a withdrawal 2 days after I started because I felt the type of trading was not for me. When I asked for a withdrawal I wanted the money put back where it came from but was informed that I had to open another account to get it but on their website the option I wanted was listed. That was when the ignoring really started. I should have known better. Now I am taking all of the e-mails to the RCMP to see if fraud charges will stick. This company has asked for clarification now but I doubt that anything will happen. I've been ignored for a month so this is just more smoke and mirrors .As of this morning (Dec 13) I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be with a group( Block chain) that was tasked with getting peoples money back to them. When I refused to provide my bank info things came to an end. The thing is this guy sounded a lot like the Luminetrade people so I can't prove it but I suspect it's just a continuation of their scam.

LumineTrade is a SCAM. They have even put up fake website of NewCorp Australia under URL novcurri.com as if Channel 7 Australia and NewsCorp are validating the company and its activities. They call relentlessly from all over Australia (Darwin, Sydney, Hobart, Melbourne) and at odd hours. Do not fall into their trap.

Major scam. The only positive reviews here must have been written by them. Scum of the earth.
If you insist on believing their lies. Give them the minimum amount. They just want your money.
Don’t give it to them. Do not listen to their lies.
It sounds like it’s too good to be true and that’s because it is.

All the reviews are fake AI generated BS. The people on the phone are incoherent, rude and unprofessional. STAY CLEAR of this SCAM. It starts as relentless phone calls at all hours from fake phone numbers.

I saw an add about investing $250 which will make $30,000 in a month.Guaranteed. I don’t usually get involved in this stuff but it has ACA on there with their reporters praising this company to the max. So I thought why not. Well my $250 ended up being $380. They work in USD but neglect to tell you until they have your money. Someone would ring me every couple of days making alterations on my account. For 2 weeks it was fine. My money seemed to be doing ok. Someone would ring me and we’d do a couple of things on their site and my money seemed to be going up. Then they started demanding I put more money in my account because the amount I had was wasting their time. I was told they have people who are millionaires, so I was just small fry that wastes time. Their words not mine. I refused this request. Then I decided I wanted to take my profits and run. I applied for a withdrawal. The person rang within about 1/2 hour wanting to know why I’m withdrawing. So, I check my account today. Yesterday I had $800+. Today only $1.20. I don’t answer calls from them anymore but they just keep going. Today I had 13 phone calls one after the other. Most are different numbers each time. Then I decided to do some checking. I watched the ACA video. The mouth movements didn’t match what they was saying. They had dubbed over her voice. Every video I watched was the same. Dubbed over their voices. I’ve lost $380 but I deserve to lose it. How could I be so stupid. I just hope people read this before losing their money. This is my second review as my first one was rejected. Why, I have no idea. I’ve changed some of the wording so fingers crossed. And the 1 star I have to give them would be 0 if it would let me.

This is a fake company.
FAKE ADDRESS: Their business location displayed in the website "Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M" is not real. You can contact VTS, the leasing company for Dashwood.
MANAGEMENT TEAM: There is no information about the Management team of this company .
REGULATORY BODY: No Financial regulatory compliance.
FINANCIAL REPORT: No yearly financal report could be found anywhere.
They use high sales pressure tactics. Their Sales Reps are very rude. Even if you tell them, you are not interested, they keep calling you from different phone numbers.

Beware!! Scam!! I hadn't even fully signed up and decided it felt off so I discontinued my registration and terminated the phone call I had with the customer service lady plus blocked the number... And since that day my phone has been getting many calls from just about every state in Australia from land lines which I never receive calls from anytime I answer the phone to one of these numbers it will be another indian sounding customer support representative of Luminetrade asking me what happened with my registration and talking rudely to me and becoming more harsh the more I try to explain I don't want to use this app and ask how on earth do I stop the excessive phone calls,,, normally at this stage whomever is on the call will become abusive and or threating towards me aswell as appearing to sound greatly satisfied at the fact that I am saying the calls are sending me bananas and all I want is for it to stop... It feels like talking to a brick wall no matter if I demand plead or beg for them just to leave me alone.. have written other review which have been removed as soon as I post them..

So far this is a good all round broker. Low spreads , fast execution and good customer support even in rush hours! And for setting up an account with them is very easy and convenient 😃

This is a scam. They are very aggressive in getting your money. But if you want to withdraw the money, they will not give it back. So its a scam. And what they will do if you want to withdraw then the trade your money again so you loose money. I said do not trade, but they will do this without your permission so you loose your money. The positive reviews are fake!!!! Truspilot. Take off the positieve reviews you are promoting a scam!!!!! STOP this!!!!
