My partner ordered a jacket in November and it arrived first week of January. It was complete rubbish, nothing like the one on their website, so she returned it straight away on 6th January. Then tried to contact them multiple times, without success, no refund or any communication has been received upto this moment.

Terrible experience with Lumea Girl. I entered the wrong shipping address for my order and sent 6 emails with no response. I also used their contact form, tried the chat (blocked), and messaged on Facebook, but got ignored. Customer service is nonexistent. Avoid this store!
