Customer Service agent was so understanding of my situation! I am so grateful.

The dress was beautiful but I ordered several dresses. I kept one but needed to return the others. The return policy is this…the hold you hostage and won’t let you proceed with return until you fill in your height, weight, and personal info which is absolutely a TERRIBLE THING TO DO TO customers, new or repeat. Whoever in marketing decided this was a good idea, should be fired. It’s intrusive and disrespectful to not allow the return to proceed until ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED for Lulus accommodation, not the PAYING CUSTOMER! I bought my wedding dress from Lulus in December but won’t be returning until this is fixed and the fact you can’t view anything until you are hijacked with the words, “popular pick or 27 bought today” in the middle of the item and not for a quick view. Lulus no longer respects their customers time. I am out!

The quality of the fabric, the perfect fit and the fact that items are not common and you don't find many people with same styles at local events.

I really like Lulus for the wide variety of dresses they have. I found the perfect spring dress for a wedding however the dress fell apart before the event. I noticed that part of the seams inside the dress that was meant to hold the boning piece for breast support had ripped and the boning plastic piece fell out of the seams. When I did get to wear the dress, that plastic piece in the dress kept poking my skin and I couldn’t pull it out because it was inside the dress and I didn’t have scissors on hand to cut the thread at the event. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dress and for the price I had paid.

As a June bride, I refused to step into a traditional bridal boutique because of the pressure and sales tactics. I wanted a place where I could shop for wedding dresses stress-free and still have an easy return process — and this company exceeded every expectation.

The customer service was absolutely stellar, and the process could not have been easier. I ordered several dresses to try on at home and had zero issues with returns. Returns were simple through UPS, which made everything so convenient. I even had a minor hiccup (completely my mistake), and I was connected to a LIVE customer service agent almost instantly.

Now let’s talk about the dresses — absolutely immaculate. If you take your measurements correctly, the dresses fit like a glove. The fabric quality is top-notch, especially for the price point. They’re very affordable and even offer Afterpay, which was a huge plus.

I DID find my wedding dress, and I truly could not be happier. Great customer service goes such a long way, and this experience made wedding dress shopping enjoyable instead of stressful.

For comparison, I also tried JJ’s House and Azazie. Personally, I would not recommend Azazie — the customer service was practically nonexistent, and their Happy Returns process was a huge hassle compared to the simplicity of UPS returns here.

I really liked the dress I received but when I tried to adjust the length of the strap, it immediately broke and I could not wear the dress for my event. Very upsetting and disappointing. I couldn’t return/exchange since the return tag was removed.

i have yet to get my refund from last purchase.

Design, pattern, fabric, dress so beautiful. I wore at Las Vegas for a fancy dinner with Hubby 😍
