Great products but arrived beyond wrinkled.
The website was easy to navigate and I really like the jumpsuit I purchased, but it arrived SO wrinkled that I was unable to wear it to my event after several hours and attempts of dewrinkling (steaming, ironing, fully soaking and blow drying). I am planning to take it to a professional to try to steam it but was super disappointed not to be able to wear it to my event.

LOVE this dress!
Dress looked exactly as online. Shipping was very fast. Sizing was accurate. Fabric quality is excellent. Dress is beautiful! I got so many compliments on it. I’m 5’11”, 168 lbs and ordered the XL. Fit perfectly and was long enough on me even with boots that had 2” heals. That’s a huge plus for me because everything is usually too short, be it a top, pants or a dress. I will definitely be ordering more Lulu’s

Zipper is cheaply made
The dress itself was very pretty. The zipper was terrible quality though. It wouldn’t zip up and it wasn’t because i didn’t fit in it. The dress fit well. The zipper broke on me right before my prom and I had to be sewn into my dress.
