Outdated return policies - not attractive for German customers
Delivery was fast but jewelry (earrings) was way too small (for an adult) - even too tiny for my 5 year old. Happens.
So I decided to send it back. And here is the downside to the service. I have to pay for the return. The postage (incl. tracking) from Germany to Denmark for these tiny earrings (25€/pair) was 20€!!!
I am sorry but for 2023 the return policies (especially for such tiny items) are simply outdated and absolutely not customer friendly.
I may have chosen another (larger) pair but the fact that returns are simply uneconomical and therefor no option, I am afraid to order (ever) again.

Thank you very much for your feedback on the shipping issue sending from Germany to Denmark. We always put an effort in solving all issues and we are glad to hear that the delivery process your way went quick.
Regarding the return shipping fee, the prices are out of our hands. The shipping costs from Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS etc. are not something we have anything to do with. As per our terms it’s up to you if you want to use a tracking service but we need to recommend it as our customers are responsible for the return. However, we see that many of our customers uses their local post.
We do know that when shopping at for instance Amazon or Zalando in Germany and also on other webshops inside Germany, you are often offered free returns. This is sadly not a service we, as a small company, can offer. We try to keep our prices as low as possible on our jewelry, which means that we can’t offer free returns.
In our terms of service and shipping/returns pages, all this is mentioned very carefully as well as all sizes on the products are described as well as images on models are used as style- and size-references.
I do know all this doesn’t help on your situation and I can’t say anything else that we’ll keep this return-issue in mind to see if there is anything we can do to make it better in the future. At the moment free shipment from Denmark to Germany from a not-too-big-amount is the best we can do.
