The piece is gorgeous and great quality… I am only docking a star because the first delivery was damaged and getting a hold of someone was extremely difficult to get the issue resolved.

Great customer service from design to order and delivery and resolution of an item that was not functioning properly. I am very impressed.

The art took over two months and there was no way to track it. Delivery came with out notice after delivery attempts. Had to pick it up myself from FedEx because I was not home and needed sign. The art was poorly packaged but not damaged. Definitely feel it was overpriced for just a print.

The table was delivered with out proper screws to connect legs to the top . The color was very different than pictured on line . It is more yellow than white . It also has black dots on top of the table which is not ok !

I ordered wallpaper swatches. They were tiny 6 inch by 8 inch rectangles. Not even large enough to see the whole print. Usually wallpaper swatches are 12x12 or 12x18. Disappointed, and I still can't decide.

UPDATE*** the “assistance” your team provided was to send the wrong item AGAIN, thus repeating this same process in a ridiculous game of dejavu. I am still waiting for a resolution. Interesting that I’ve been getting multiple emails daily about what “great taste you’ve got” and “here’s our latest edits”, but it’s been seventy two hours and still no response regarding my return and refund. I suggest you spend more of your resources replying to legitimate customer service concerns and a little less on empty marketing ploys.***
I received the wrong item last week, and spent so much of my own time having to take photos, send screenshots, get out the measuring tape to prove to the chatbot that they, in fact, sent the wrong item. The human I ended up virtually “chatting” with told me that I was wrong and that sometimes items look bigger in the box than they actually are. This was after I sent them photos of the box with the item name, item number and photos of the light itself. The item I ordered (Bobbin Sconce) is 10.5 inches wide. The one they sent (Bobbin Flush Mount) is a completely different name, silhouette, and 6 inches larger (16 inches wide). I had to wait 48 hours for a response from lulu and Georgia, who finally admitted they were in the wrong and provided a shipping label for the return. I had to drive to a fedex location to send the item back. I just received what was supposed to be the corrected replacement today, opened the box, and discovered they sent the same (incorrect) item I received the first time. The Bobbin Flush Mount. Which I do not want. Which I did not order. So I have to go through this entire process again. What an appalling waste of time. I’m so surprised that the glorious Heidi Caillier and Portola Paint are in business with folks that have such inefficient customer service. It’s a real shame. The items look appealing, there’s clearly great folks styling there, but the way the business is run seems to be a complete mess. Stick with Claude, Hay, The Expert, DWR, buy direct from Huey Lightshop and the other designers on here. If you want Heidi Caillier or one of their other designers, many are at Joon Loloi. Heck, ZaraHome has a similar sconce that’s a quarter of the price as the one here. And their service is light years ahead of Lulu and Georgia.

Communication regarding delivery was good. Delivery men were courteous and unpacked the item expertly.

I bought the Roman clay peel and stick wallpaper and the pattern seems more busy and heavy in the repeated shapes/shades than the sample image. It also was very soft and flimsy and my professional installer had a very difficult time putting it up on one single 7ft wall- he said it was like apply napkins to the wall- it also was impossible to not not have some bubbly.

The shams and duvet cover are gorgeous and made with incredible-quality materials. I was navigating shipping delays and reached out to Lulu and Georgia team for assistance. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service and how helpful and responsive they were throughout the process.

I ordered one dinning room chair to use in my bedroom, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the workmanship of the chair.

Shaw Sofa — 3 stars
We love the look of this sofa — the design and style are exactly what drew us to it, and it looks beautiful in our space. However, we’ve been disappointed in the quality so far.
When you sit down, there’s an odd crinkling sound, almost like sitting on plastic, which we didn’t expect from the fill. The fabric also wrinkles noticeably wherever someone sits, which is concerning this early on since the sofa just arrived.
We’re hopeful the fabric will relax over time, but the foam/filling quality has been a letdown given the price point. If you’re mainly shopping for looks, this delivers but we’d temper expectations on comfort and construction.

Delays are frustrating, but having customer service that is responsive, quickly replying to inquiry emails and providing thoughtful care makes waiting for items worth while. Thankful for a great experience.

I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon from a woman who had found my rug still in the packaging with a label of my name and address in another town. She was trying to return the package to me. She was trying to deliver it back to me. She thought maybe it had fallen out of the FedEx truck.

The communication from customer service was confusing and it made process lengthy. Also, response time was also slow.

Quick delivery and decent sized swatches that made my decision easier.
