I have been buying from this Company for many years and ordered something for next day to ensure I got the hair for my husband’s 50th party I’m still chasing it a week later. No response to my email and it’s still saying Royal Mail is waiting for the item. I want my money back and won’t be buying from them anyway and his party is on Saturday really gutted to be honest. You pay extra for next day delivery for a reason.

Faheen helped me a lot. She answered every question I had and clarified every situation. She provided an extraordinary and professional service. I can't thank her enough.

Order came fast but incorrect colour match received but resolved the issue by sending myself a replacement with correct match, response was fast & helpful. Would recommend

The item I received was lovely but was wrong item I emailed and was met with a response within minutes off Olivia. A notification on shop to say a new one was in the post and will be here tomorrow, and as a good will told to keep the original one which the colour match is absolutely perfect! Thank you Olivia

I used the colour match service . What arrived was a yellow colour
On my none blond hair
I asked to return as they picked the colour. After I sent 2 photos of hair colour . My hair is much darker . I have brown and ginger highlights put in.
Asked how to return for money back
Was told I can't as I took out of packet
Do not use the colour match service . As person is blind .

One of the items I ordered was out of stock, Olivia emailed me and was super helpful and gave me the option to replace it with something else. Olivia was super quick, helpful and so friendly! Thank you for the lovely customer service!

I have been using the feathered bun for a while now and have been extremely impressed with it. Great colour and quality. Customer service are always extremely helpful and always get back to me very quickly. 100% recommend.

Ordered my Daughter some beautiful clip ins for Christmas and ordered myself some colour matched clip ins. My Daughters order came within a day but I decided to change my hair colour and my other order was refunded straight away! Thank you Olivia ♥️

Throughout my time purchasing from LullaBellz over the Christmas period I have had regular email contact from Faheen who has done an excellent job resolving any queries I had and getting back to me in a timely manner! This along with the great quality of products leads me to highly recommend this company :)

No idea what's happening with my order, Ordered next day delivery before 12pm , no dispatch email no update when it didn't show up , just nothing at the very least you could easily set up an automated email when orders go past there promised delivery time to say there is a delay . Im left confused and not sure if its still going to come today or not . This is not professional at all

Refusing to give a refund other than gift card which has a expiry date.
The product arrived and was cheap tat, looked awful. So when requesting a refund it stated a gift card or bank transfer. I selected gift card because I thought I'd have a look and see if there was anything else.... And there was nothing I wanted. Emailed to request that they just do a full refund and they said they will not. I have the gift card with a month's expiry to use on products I don't want or need. So I have sent back the goods and being refused a refund. Shocking service.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY… never received my parcel photo from royal mail showed a parcel left on my doorstep which is NOT delivered as was not posted through my door so more than likely been stolen of my doorstep won’t refund or send replacement there in breach of contract and have taken this matter up with my credit card company as I have all proof .. basically calling me a lifer saying gps says delivered !! Well no signature and no proof of posting just a photo of the parcel on my doorstep 😡… shocking company but I know my rights so I will get my money back 😡😡

false advertising, it says human hair extensions but it’s actually synthetic which is deceiving

I never received a confirmation email. I was concerned my order was not going to arrive on time. I contacted lullabellz and Olivia was so helpful, she replied to my emails promptly and found my order which is being delivered today.
