They charge you extra to get the game case and don't openly promote that fact. As a game collector I was confused when it came in a shady Walmart CD case. The game has scratches, and honestly if you're looking to collect just go through another service. Do NOT trust lukiegames.

Two different purchases for a total of 6 games and only one of those had a flaw (a barely visible crack in the disc) which they had replaced for me no questions asked. Great service, fast and affordable.

After having to return two eBay purchases for arriving DOA (even though they claim they tested everything) I decided to buy direct from Lukie Games and I was not disappointed. Every thing arrived on time, and more importantly it worked. Lukie Games will my default go-to for my retro gaming needs.

I have been buying games for years from them they always stand behind their garuntee ive bought multiple games and systems always worked i still have my systems i got from them years ago an they still works as do my games i have gotten ninetendo turbografx super nes sega playstation 1+2 games all work great im disabled an lukie has helped me through some bad times i love these people

Lukie games is hit or miss. If you purchase older games with labels and cartridge based games you don't know what you get till you receive it in the mail. On disc based games I've had good condition stuff sent to me. But like on genesis stuff they claim we sell good condition games. I've received California games with a ripped label worn alot for the price i paid wasn't worth it. They also claim to discount the price accordingly to the condition. In my two cases that didn't happen last year. I purchased dick Tracy complete for genesis. The sega box to store the game in was ripped on the front and stained on back wouldn't come clean after using alcohol. It was dirty and split at the top where the plastic is. Plus the manual was damaged worn and bent to pieces and the cartridge was terribly ripped the label was worn off at the top lip. I even sent them pictures and called them about it and they did nothing for a 38 dollar purchase of dick Tracy sega genesis complete. The terrible business practices also took place this week when i sent pictures of games to sell and trade to them. Like i said they only sell good condition games with liitle to no wear. But when I added the dick Tracy genesis game to my trade in which i got from them in July 2020. They sent me an email saying we can't except the dick tracy game complete for genesis for trade since the game cartridge is worn the same game they sold to me for 38 bucks back in the summer July 2020. Their customer service can be terrible like this situation. Their trade was 25 bucks credit and 20 cash to me when the same games sell for 160 bucks on their website. 6 of the games were complete and in good condition I was selling to them and 2 went for around 30 bucks a piece their selling price on lukie games. I don't plan to buy anything else from them anymore. I would not recommend them from these experiences. No to lukie.

I’ve used Lukie Games for years and it is always a great experience. The times when I’ve received games that didn’t work they have always replaced them promptly without issue. Some old cart games needed the contacts to be cleaned a little before working, but that could be an issue with my system too. Everything I’ve received has been in great condition. They may be a little more expensive than eBay but you get confidence of a real company that has great customer service. Will continue to get old games from them!

I think this is a great website to buy old games. My only complaint is that the LukiePoints" are not clear as to what they are used for.

Outside of that, I really like the service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I bought scooby doo nights of 100 frights and the 1st disc did not work contacted them they sent another disc and that one did not work shut them down they don't care about you

I opted out of purchasing a PS5 due to the price and availability of it. So I decided to dust off my old PS2 and get some games for it. I came across Lukie Games right away from a Google search. Here is my experience after a couple of orders. I had 2 separate orders of various PS2 games. They were mailed the day of or the start of the following day. They arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled. I bought games with original packaging and manuals. Every box was in great condition for used games. Every disk looked like it was brand new. I tested every game and out of 12, only one game would not start. It went to the main loading screen but would not advance. The disk has no scratches so it's either just another problem with the disk or with my old PS2. I emailed their customer support on a Saturday afternoon. They responded within a couple of hours and notified me that they would send out another copy of the same game, free of charge, no other questions asked. They were prompt and showed great customer service. I am so pleased with them that I plan on ordering all future games from their website. You may be able to find games a few dollars cheaper on eBay, but what you will risk is those games not working and then having a huge hassle of returning it or getting your money back. This is a real company that is actually here to provide people like you and me with the best they can for old games! I would recommend Lukie Games to anyone who is looking to buy some used games!!

Such a great site for retro and older games. Games come in near mint condition. Never had a shipping issue at all. They got such a great selection, plus they give you points with each purchase.

Rec'd my two games 2 days before expected. Great service. Games arrived in excellent condition. Came in game jewel boxes which is great.

I’ve used lukie games for about 2 years now. It remains one of the best websites I’ve used for game purchases. Everything I’ve ordered came in mint condition upon arrival (countless ps2 titles and game boy games).
Note that it’s common to find old or scratched copies that didn’t age well. I haven’t had a single problem with them and I would recommend them to anybody who’s willing to spend a couple extra bucks for great quality. The prices are a little higher than expected on some titles but it’s well worth it.

Hello. My mom ordered games and controllers for my niece and nephew. You guys sent only the games. When she called to inquire about the controllers, you told her they were all shipped in one package, even though the games were delivered in a cushioned envelope that could never have fit the controllers. Someone at Lukie Games made an error. She had to have me unwrap my Christmas present so I could send her a picture of the delivery envelope (which she had repurposed and luckily not thrown out) to prove that the controllers were not delivered? If the envelope had been thrown out would she just never get the controllers she paid for? Now you are not even going to give her a discount, express shipping (to make sure they arrive on time). How could Lukie Games not properly track their inventory and shipping, the cost of shipping? the package size and weight should all be available. Your company should have solved your own error and you should be doing something to make it right instead of putting the onus on the customer. very disappointed in the customer services.

Bought 1DS game. My order even came faster than I anticipated (I choose the cheappest shipping) and I live in Finnland.

They shipped via UPS and USPS .. Item arrived in my town`s ups center a bit after midnight on 09/01and was scanned for delivery to usps a bit after 4 am. I was given delivery time then for 09/02.Did not come. suffice to say still do not have and it is 09/10. Spoke to Jessica who said to call her today if not have. Did so and she did nothing to assist. Told me to wait. Refused to call USPS for me. Lousy customer service. Never Again

Absolutely terrible website. The customer service is lacklustre and they really couldn’t care less about resolving your issues; all they care about is keeping your hard-earned cash.

Also you will pay import charges with them, TBF it is noted on the FAQ section of their website, but if you didn’t realise this, you will when you go to collect your item.

Stick to ordering from reliable and trusted websites.

Zero customer service. If you want to chance wasting your money go ahead. These guys only care about your $$ and you’re dead to them as soon as they’ve got it. Buyers beware!!!
