Great value on a closeout. No one else came close to their price. It was the genuine article from Victorinox and I received it quickly.

I bought a Ted baker luggage and they haven't shipped for 5 days, wouldnt recommend this company, I ordered a product almost a week and it still hasn't shipped, their service is poor and they have very rude staffs. luggage pro is a complete trash.. still waiting for my order hopefully they would ship it out this week.

Horrible customer service! I ordered an item and within a couple of days, I notice the zipper was damaged. I didn't notice it until I arrived at the airport. When I got back from out of town, I called customer service and some woman name Dawn said they couldn't do anything about it. "That once it leaves your home is considered used." What a nonsense!! Never again will I shop at the website, never!

It's hard to find Tumi bags, and at a good price. I was lucky to find just the right item with silver hardware (rare) and was even happier to have it packaged so carefully & shipped so promptly. I would go here again for any kind of luggage or handbag.

I bought a Tommy Hilfiger 21" luggage from Luggage Pro. Strangely, I was only able to get this luggage directly from them as I could not find same within Tommy's collection and store. It came exactly as described. Delivery was supper fast. It is yet to go on its maiden voyage but enjoying every feel of it.

I was looking to purchase some luggage for my son who will be travelling at the end of the month. I did research and came across what I was interested in purchasing. Luggage Pros had exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted and at a great price. i had already compared prices even against Amazon! The website was easy to use. They promised the delivery date and it still came early. My son loves the luggage. I will probably need to replace my set soon and I will definitely go back to Luggage Pros.
