Disaster of a site!!!

Joined about 6-8 Months ago along with sister site of Spin and win and trying to make your money last is a nightmare, lowest wins of most sites i've ever played and that's if you can actually get a win to roll in.
I play mostly Slingo games and all Eyecon slots and i've noticed a big familiar pattern in Mecca Companies online sites ?
I'm with Spin and Win, Lucky Vip, Mecca Bingo and Mecca games, i can't say anything about Mecca games as that's not been too bad, but the other three online sites are terrible and here's why honestly and i'm not speaking from a sore loser point of view, i'm being honest 100%.
1. Their daily free promotion wheels are an insult to anyone's money and intelligents, it's either you've won a 4-5-£600.00s bingo session tomorrow in the free bingo room, well how have you won anything then if it's in a free bingo room ?
It's free to play in the free bingo room anyway lol
Or you get 2-3-5 free spins on a very capped slot where 99.9% of the time you don't win nothing, or you get a ticket for a prize draw next week that you'll never win on.
2. There's no loyalty bonuses to keep you interested at all and the slots promotions are dismal.
3. Trying to get on the paytable of Slingo games is very hard and since they've added the new safer gambling tools to Slingo games they've not made it better for the players like they try and make you believe because they apparently care about you spending too much lol
No the gambling tools are just a lot less pay tables, theyve increase the extra ball end games to disgusting extra spins which swallows up all your money with no returns, and to be honest, Slingo is now not worth playing at all on Mecca Company sites.
When you do get the pay table, gone are the days of £20-£30-or £60 wins, your lucky if you get 3-4-7 pounds.
Trying to get full house would cost you a weeks wages and then get ripped off with £15.00s win.
4. I play Eyecon slots a lot wether there normal slots or progressive jackpot ones, all four Mecca Company sites i'm with all play like this ?
You can stake 5p-10p-25p-50p and no matter what stake your on on whatever Eyecon game, it's dead spin after dead spin, when you get a win roll in it's the lowest always wins like pennie's not pounds.
Then the reels just keep rolling around and around and around like it's skipping wins in favour of resetting itself for dead spins.
Eyecon slots on Mecca bingo sites are another waste of money because on whatever stake you never win.
5.They will say Mecca has no control over the slots as there random number generator, we'll how is it random to play four Mecca Company slot sites and always lose and they all play exactley the same as in just money grabbing dead spins ?
6.Lucky VIP and Spin and Win are the worst, joined them both about 6-8 months ago and you try winning anything for a withdrawl off these two sites lol
For new sites that are supposed to keep you interested enough to deposit more, they're a joke !
You never can win nothing and i would not waste your money on these sites and don't say i haven't warned you if your stupid enough to sign up to them.
Mecca company online sites since 2024 up till October 2025 are an insult to the customer, you never win, all slots are very very capped to the lowest payouts and a very poor customer experience, plus it shows how much you do not care at all as you never read reviews or reply to them.

So I join get a code follow the correct path talk to the customer service team and even with a code and LV100 NO MATTER what is said i never got the 100 spins.Gave up in the end terribly frustrating

This scam of an organisation is an absolute joke. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM!

I do understand a verification has to be made but it’s a joke nearly a week and still nothing. Most casino’s verify you in 1-2 days but this craps can’t complete it in a week, which century they are? Very very disappointed. People please stay away if you don’t want to lose your money completely

Awful, awful, awful. Don’t bother - Lucky are possibly the worst of the three Rank sites I have the misfortune of being a member of - and Magical and Regal are bad! Can’t get hold of anyone at customer ‘service’ (it certainly is FAR from that) and if eventually they DO bother to respond (if you’re lucky within a week) they haven’t read your issue and either gaslight you or give you a standard ‘clear your cookies’ response. The complaints team at Rank itself are just as useless as well. If I could I’d delete all three accounts but I can’t! Safe to say I’m never using any of them again. Coral/William Hill/Sky actually have agents who care and take the time to listen.

I have been on this site for a while while now and I think is a really great site but just been a bit upset because a few weeks back I won a 50 pounds voucher and till now has not arrived I have tried contacting them on the online chat and no response at all email them a few times no response either. And this is not the first time this has happened. But please this is not a bad review until this has happened whit the vouchers I had not issues at all so much so I still play on their site but I do have to say customer service at the moment is non existente. But overall great site

I was lied to by their customer service. I was yold a withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. It never happened, they now say its the next working day but I specifically asked this and was told it would be processed in the next 48 hours. No bonus was used so no reason to delay it. As yet no money received and I am not holding out much hope now. No point depositing if you cannot withdraw.

Support staff will mislead or outright lie to you.

Recently completed an offer which required opt in and wager on a set of games for cashback.

Cashback wasnt awared on the correct day, went onto live chat to chase. Took almost an hour to be connected to a support agent who initially stated I hadnt opted in (I had) then that there was no proof I had opted in (there was, I took a screenshot at the time) then tried claiming I had wagered on a non-egliable game (I hadn't) before finally conceeding there was some "miscommunication".

I've no doubt they'd have never paid out if I hadn't have screenshotted everything. Terrible service all round.

No customer service, been 1st in the queue on Live Chat for almost 1 hour multiple times this week and no one appears.
