Absolute trash. They have 0 customer service, 0 technical knowledge, 0 ability to understand simple requests. My number port-in was rejected countless times due to their failure to fill out the reques... See more

I'm not a customer of LUCKY MOBILE but was charged anyway
I'm not a customer of LUCKY MOBILE, never have been. But they were able to get hold of my credit card number fraudulently. I called them and they were of no help at all, since I'm not a customer. I then called my bank and they credited the amount (33.90$) after telling me that LUCKY MOBILE tried to pass the same amount a 2nd time. My bank blocked that 2nd transaction because it didn't seem normal. So I had to cancel my card and wait for a new one. LUCKY MOBILE should be shut down by the CRTC.
Not able to resign
Not able to resign, hard to change any thing on the account.
Lucky Mobile is owned by Bell
Lucky Mobile is owned by Bell. I honestly believe that Bell has created Lucky merely to lure costumers over to their more expensive packages at Bell.
I’d say it’s not too far of a stretch to suggest that they deliberately provide poor customer service, terrible connections (I’ve never had more than 1 bar; if I’m lucky, 2 bars at best is all I’ve ever had) in order to get you to migrate over to Bell.
It’s like they’ve created Lucky to grab a monopoly on the low cost market share to steal customers from other providers or to lure in new ones from out of country as a marketing ploy, with the ultimate aim of having people on long term Bell contracts.
Your service gets progressively worse and then suddenly you get multiple calls, a month/month and a half in, from Bell (!) offering you discounted rates for their mobile packages!
I’m so tired of these huge conglomerates operating with zero moral culpability or consideration, taking advantage of people, deliberately cheating them out of their money, just to save their bottom line. Disgusting.
Worst customer service worse…
Worst customer service worse application program just awful and as a former wireless associate, NEVER recommend. They ignore their customers and they refuse to fix their bad service. If you get lucky you will lose all your I for in seconds and will be forced to pay them more money for services that don’t work.
Bunch of scammers
Bunch of scammers. Bought an esim and monthly plan that never worked. No one was able to explain the issue or refund me. Please, do not waste your hard earned money with this shady telecom company.
impossible to cancel…
Lucky have made it impossible to cancel my subscription. Absolute scammers. Avoid lucky because they will take your money and offer terrible service in return. I have filled in their form requesting to be contacted and haven't heard a word back from them. Clearly they are ignoring me to legally justify taking more money from my account even though I simply wish to cut ties.
I just experienced the worst transfer…
I just experienced the worst transfer of my mobile phone number from Chat-r to Lucky mobile. All their ad on their web page is false no 55 Gb just 20. They say 27$/month but you can top up 27$ with my credit card. I top-up 30 and still did not activate my number. They transferred the number and I was unable to go back to Chat-r. This is the worst mobile company. They are crocks.
Scammers!!
Scammers!!! I have no business or any contract with Lucky Mobile, but they’ve taken money from my account without my consent or permission. I am not a customer to their services. I have no messages or emails or any products from them, how they got my account details, only they would know. I want all my money back!!!!!
The worst experience a one person can…
The worst experience a one person can have from the whole team of there's which a person can came across. Every agent gives you inappropriate information and every agent denies the sayings of their colleagues. Spoke to 7 different agents and all have the different answers and at last failed to help out and the final results by their team was sorry the time passed away. Could have rated 0 star as well but didn’t had any option to do.
I've been using lucky for years and I…
I've been using lucky for years and I pay $25 and I get $500 MB a month but newcomers they pay $29 and they can get 40 gigs a month how is that fair and I Phone and I'd like to get on that plan and they tell me no it's only for new people well looks like I'm switching carriers Bell mobile you suck
very much recommend
I have been with lucky mobile for 3 years now and I have to say, I am extremely satisfied. The company provides bonuses to loyal customers, and I've never had any issues at all! Incredible prices!
Hidden charges when you upgrade plans
Be careful when you upgrade plans or your wallet will be UnLucky.
Eg 1. Lets say you have a $ 40/month plan that starts on the first of the month. If you decide to upgrade on the 2nd of the month to the $50 plan you will lose the original $40 and then be charged about $48.50 on the 2nd ($50 prorated for 1 month minus 1 day). You will not get a refund for the $40 or any portion of it. Absolutely no refunds.
Wait until the last day of your monthly start date to upgrade. I know from experience.

OMG!! SCAMMERS
OMG!!
I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH B*LL SH!T TO SET UP A PAY AND TALK LINE!!!
SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!
NOW I HAVE TO TRY N GET MY MONEY BACK!!
Lucky Mobile can take excess money from your card but only refunds into your mobile plan.
I'm a visitor in Canada and selected Pay as you go plan with Lucky Mobile with monthly deductions. Last month I requested a ONE-OFF top up as I was running low on data. This month I see the top-up has continued and I was charged extra when I did not authorise it. Called agent. They said they can only refund the excess charge to my mobile account. I explained I am leaving Canada so can't use the funds on my account. Can't understand why a technology company can't refund to your card when they make an error. Technology is there - they just choose not to. I could raise this with my credit card company....Anyway take heed. Lucky Mobile can take money from your card but won't refund a mistake. Suggest you avoid automatic card deduction and just pay for your pay as you go plan manually.
Wish I could give zero
Wish I could give zero, for their zero customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before. 3 days trying to move a number, take your money but no cell service whatsoever. No one wants to help, fobbed off all the time. Finally told to go to a Bell store to get service activated, staff in the Bell store said they couldn’t do anything.
CRTC to force Bell to either shut down Lucky Mobile or rebuild the company from the ground up
This company is a (budget reseller) owned by Bell (Not Virgin Mobile) both Lucky and Virgin are subsidiaries of Bell Canada.. Lucky Mobile needs to be shut down permanently.. There should be a class action lawsuit that forces the courts and the CRTC to revoke and terminate Bell's license to continue to operate this company...
Can’t make phone calls on less than 3 bars
Can’t make phone calls unless I have 3-4 bars. 2 bars and wifi assist and calls don’t go out or come in. Even 3 bars still struggled most times. Don’t feel safe knowing I’d struggle to make a 911 call in an emergency
