If I could give it no stars that would be my rating. I've been battling with this company for 3 weeks to get paid my winnings. I've followed the rules and each time I've tried to withdrawal they refuse it and they keep coming at me with different garbage about how they don't pay chime or cashapp but they gladly take payment from either bank. I even had a legit bank account they could wire transfer into they denied but didn't give a reason why. So i ask for a check. Now they no longer write checks and want my city of birth, a copy of my utility bill and bank statement that has to have a positive balance (like really, wtf??) to verify my identity after i already verified my identity...NAAAH they gonna pay or get a grievance filed on em

DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO!! This is a scam. I've deposited money no problem. The first time I win anything a mere $200 they ask for same documents over and over and once you e send that they ask for more.I spoke with the manager and he asked for a birth certificate I reluctantly provided that now they are saying they never asked for my birth certificate they want a marriage certificate or a divorce certificate. I'm not giving them any thing else this is a scam beware!!!!!

I have been trying to get my 200.00 redemption for over a month. The process to verify was horrible. Then it takes 7-10 business days (a full two weeks)to approve then they say another 7-10 days to process(over two weeks) an now they are saying they have to manually verify. Verify what. It’s already been done. Then they say they escalating it…u guessed it…takes 72 hours. I’m on my 3rd escalation and still have not gotten my money. And it says redemptions are paid out to bitcoin almost immediately. It’s a lie because they haven’t sent to my bitcoin yet and it’s been over a month. For 200.00. Ridiculous. I have screen recordings and screenshots of everything. They lie lie lie. Need to contact lottery commission about this fraud

Deposited money into my account went to a third party I contacted support they don’t know where my money went you would think if you deposit money it would go into you account and not to a third party I don’t know why they even took the money out in the first place don’t trust this site.

Honestly I played this past year had it to 3000 plus and silly me got inpatient and would play it back but 2 wks ago I kept sending the pics that need redoing and within 5 hrs it was verified so I proceed to withdraw 600 within 4 hrs money was in my account then 2 days later I got 1000 within 6hrs then another 1000 and yesterday another 700 so this site is legitimate.and they pay u wat u win

It was great at first but then this...I have 3 different redemptions since the 3rd of November and they haven't paid me. Their customer service is a joke at first they were replying to me then they just stopped they even went as far as to block me from emailing them.

I had redeemed 100.00 dollars and 3 months later nothing... The live chat got me know where...they said my account expires next month and I have to re enter my DL and a utility bill with my current address..they have all that information... I have a little over 500.00 into them... I just want my 100.00 winnings back... don't do it...I believe I got scammed 😞

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I have to in order to get to this part to leave this review I've been waiting for a month now just to get someone from customer service to answer my questions on redeeming my money and have yet to get even a single reply to one of my questions which is when do I get my money. If you're planning on playing for money stear clear this site cuz they have no problem taking the money from you but they're not wanting to give it back at all.

Had to look up the legitimacy of this website and game I want trying to withdraw my money is like pulling teeth. They want you to have a bitcoin account and deposit $10 to get a withdraw.
