Scam

I ordered condoms from this website and I never recieved a tracking ID so after 11 days of waiting I decided to e-mail them regarding this issue. They told me some bullshit excuse that there's an issue at customs (for condoms, really?) and that they'll either send me a gift or a refund, still no tracking ID for the order. I decided to request a refund and they stopped replying, I'm in the process of doing a chargeback right now. They are scammers, don't buy from them, you will not recieve your product or a refund!!!
