I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and I was happy with just getting the gift cards being only money that i ever won was 50 cents. Now i cannot even get the gift cards. I stayed up late twice now trying to redeem my coins for gift cards. The first time it wouldn't even let me log into the game to collect. The second time it wouldn't even give me a chance to redeem. When the time ran out it automatically went to be back next week. I have currently over 600,000 coins in this game and cannot redeem any of it. I even addressed this problem to them and they just told me to wait for the next one. I really don't want to lose all those coins but I am tired of getting no where. I will not be recommending this game to anyone anymore. Goodbye Lucktastic!

I’m only giving them a one star because I’m forced to to leave my opinion. I was scammed on Snapchat, when I tried to deactivate my account and take things apart you can’t push any buttons you can’t hit confirm you can’t hit next you can’t hit anything when you try to email them a complaint It won’t even send. I took screenshots of everything I did, I strongly urge everybody to go to the Department of consumer affairs fraud division in Washington DC and report them not just for the scamming that they’re doing but also for their deceptive business practices. I have got screenshots of every single thing I had to do every hoop I had to jump through three easy steps is bs an hour and a half later I was left hanging after they took all my information and let me standing here looking like an idiot. I want all of my accounts canceled with them anything I opened I want to close immediately, any money they took from me I want it back, I want all of my information that I share with them shredded. I do not give them permission to do anything with any of my information with any of my stuff ever at any point in time after they take my things out in a Raticate everything I want them to leave me alone I am reporting them to the apartment consumer affairs fraud division I am also going to do the very best I can to go to the attorney general of the United States and have them brought up on charges of deceptive business practices

I've been a VIP with Lucktastic for years. It's gotten much harder to receive gift cards the past couple of years. Recently they added countdown timers for their gift cards. 3 times now I've set an alarm so I could go to the gift card page & watch the countdown hit 0 to unlock the card so I could get it. The timer resets when it hits 0 & DOESN'T UNLOCK THE CARD!!! When I email support they give me generic answers & don't address the problem.

I'm considering recording a video of the countdown timer resetting & cards not being unlocked so I can share with NBC 10 in Philadelphia, the Better Business Bureau & social media. I just want my rightfully earned gift cards!

Worst game I played never had gift cards in stock wasted of time

Reached 30,000 tokens. Tried to cash in for 5.00 amazon card and it says they are out. How did Amazon run out of gift cards. Dunking donuts is out as well. When I contacted support they said i couldn't have a card because I was using the app consistently with a vpn. Dont waste your time

A one-star is too high; this app rates a big ZERO! The app is a scam as far as earning points (or "tokens") to turn into gift cards. I downloaded the app about 4 months ago, and have been trying to turn my points into gift cards for over two months - they are out of every gift card. Go to their Facebook page and read through some comments; sounds like they've been out of gift cards for over a year. Lucktastic is a SCAM. I would not download it. They do not respond to emails to their customer support, or to Facebook messages.

Playing for 2 weeks now got my 20000 tokens go to redeem. Out of stock. What kinda bs is that. Im done with it. Pesters you with multi updates through the day. I win on the same ones everyday for tokens if lucky win a .25c a day or everyother. Not worth the effort.

I give up! I should learn by now NOT to play apps with fantastic claims. I have yet found a legit developer who actually pays. Lucktastic is one of them. Have fun with it but don't expect anything in return.

It's a huge scam. You win nothing! Do not fall for this BS. I played for over a year saving tokens. Recently the hard earned 175000 tokens vanished. They said I entered a contest. I didn't enter anything. Why would I enter a contest for a gift card I could have bought with that many tokens? I of course, lost the contest. After many emails, they all came back with the same answer, you spent all your tokens on a contest. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!

I played this for over one year to accumulate 375,000 points only to find the only rewards available are the very lowest rewards. NOT worth investing your time unless you're interested in the smallest rewards.

At first it was fun. Accumulating tokens by scratching cards. But after you accumulate enough tokens to actually get a prize there is no pay out. If you want to have an app that gives you REAL Giftcard try Fetch. All you do is scan your grocery reciepts and earn points for real prizes. I've already got 2 giftcards

I knew l wasn't going to win anything by scratching cards, but the tokens are Worth nothing. They don't have gift cards to give us. So, it's a scam. I Will try to do something legally. Anyone wants to join me?

This app is a real scam . i been playing a long time to save up tokens but when you try to redeem the gift cards are always out af stock .stay away from this game its a waste of time

Gift cards are never available!
In all likelihood this company will be out of business soon. They don’t even have the means to pay out $5 Amazon gift cards.

I’ve been playing for nearly 2 years at first I won a $10 Burger King card and $100 Amazon gift card but they got rid of all the opportunities to earn tokens which Earn gift cards
Then they conveniently deleted my account and will not answer any of my emails for customer support so I can’t redeem my second hundred dollar gift card these people are scam artists they find a ways so they don’t actually have to pay you out anything

Have to play an enormous amount of time to earn enough tokens for a gift card. I have been trying to redeem the tokens for a $5 gift card for two weeks now and they are always "out of stock".
Total Scam.

I had this app 1 day. It's just clickbait and garbage. Don't be conned by obviously paid referrals from financial help sites that this is a legit way to earn some cash. It's not.

Finally earned enough tokens to buy a dinner gift card for my parents as a Christmas gift since I have been a bit short of cash~been trying for months "sorry,out of stock" on every gift card!!!

What a joke of an app. I spent months accumulating enough points to get the gift card i wanted. Then when i go to check out it tells me the gift card isn't available. So i email them and then they try to tell me than I'm not on the right 'tier' of points to get it. Something about me being silver and that award being for gold members. If that made any sense, i would understand. But there is NO mention anywhere about that reward needing any specific tier of points to cash out. They simply don't want to give the rewards they're advertising. Don't waste your time on this scam.
