I've placed two orders with LucasDivestore so far, and both experiences have been very smooth. The only hiccup I had was with the payment form on the website, which wasn't working correctly. That said, the team stepped in quite quickly and provided all the necessary details via email to sort things out, very helpful and much appreciated! Delivery for both orders has been very quick and packaged well, though I'm still waiting for a few things from one of my orders, which are expected to ship in October. I'll update this review once it arrives!

While the shop has great prices and a wide range of items, they also have the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's like talking to a wall. I requested, it two separate orders that a specific shipping company be used. In both instances they confirmed that they will, and then just sent via whatever company they chose. Basically, once you pay, you're on your own.

Luckily there is good competition out there with the same prices, and a customer services that actually cares.

Never again.

I made a mistake with my order and they were super kind talking to me to understand and correct it for me.
Plus they gave me tops as I was buying a present without much knowledge on the subject.
