I was emailed a bonus on the 23rd of November saying I had till the 25th to claim it. I didn’t see the email till the 24th and quickly went to the website to claim. But there was no bonus to be found. I went under my bonus history and seen where that bonus was canceled. Not by me I will say. So I reached out to support to find out how to claim it.
