Quality, price and ordering are great. But delivery is consistently slow, unless you order Monday/Tuesday you are unlikely to see your parcel the same week.

LR Direct is great. It has become my first choice for parts. Competitive prices coupled with fast shipping make LR Direct a great source for LR parts.

No respons on email. Send twice. I had a question about their " lowest price promise". I had found some parts cheaper and wanted to let them know before I order. Ordered in the past some expensive parts and they were Ok.

Items were never received. Delivery company acknowledged that they could not verify the signature however they advised that LR Direct should be dealing with this. LR Direct have not responded to my correspondence. I have spoken with Tim Saurara and Wayne Halford at LR Direct, both assured me that they have discussed this with their manager and I would receive a response. 8 weeks later, nothing from LR Direct. The citizens advice bureau have advised me to seek a refund and damages via the small claims court as LR Direct are the merchant and are obliged to take responsibility. This is my next step. Buyers please beware of this rogue outfit.
