Most always the best price on good quality parts, fair shipping to the U.S. and DHL is faster than most other shippers. Taken all together the prices are lower than most if the have the parts you need.

Shipping to NJ USA is usually faster then most mid- Country, west coast based suppliers. Prices are significanly less and variety is bigger.
Cons: my 2019 order history unaccessible - how will claim any warranty, should I need to? Heavy items packing could be better given that items will travel overseas.

Waited weeks for parcel. Complained to LR Direct but was never followed up. Never deal with you again. Disgusted.

Ordered from Canada, was really nice to get the all inclusive(duties as well) in CAD. Perfect right there. Part was Original LR so no doubt in quality, was packaged well and shipped without issue. Shipping really quick as well, within a week after depart it was in my hands. BRAVO LRDirect :)

You only really find out about customer service when there is a problem, well i had a problem, I ordered the wrong parts for my LandRover.
After speaking to Cameron at LRDirect he sorted out the correct parts and got them to me ASAP,and arranged for a refund on the parts delivered.

Used quite a few times now,( $800) PAID $316! water pump ordered Monday in UK,Perth on the Sunday DHL,6 days nearly $500 saved,brilliant service.

1 yr warranty, not honoured. Months of chasing; emails and phone calls. Endless false promises to return calls and emails, deadlines and that refund which was agreed, but is yet to appear. What is the point in a warranty if you make it impossible to claim when the item is faulty?
