This company is hounding my brother for…

This company is hounding my brother for a debt someone ran up using his address which was fraudulently stolen after he had moved out of his house.
They send fake correspondence from county court and are true scammers. Do not pay if you haven’t run up the debt.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I had a small loan with them which I paid off early. Due to a wifi error, I paid them twice. It took them over three months to refund my money and the only way they would do this was by be raising a complaint with my bank. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

I'm taking legal action with these

I'm taking legal action with these , chasing debts from disabled people that are over 13 yrs old threatening action when we all know they can't do a thing.
They have caused me a seizure I have it on video and I'm about to start a case of Harassment with them. Causing me seizures due to undue stress that my family have even witnessed and it turns out these debt that was best part of 14 years old has actually been paid and there is no Ccj or no mark on my credit file they just keep harassing me with letters now or refuse to answer each letter gets put into a file and I will take them to my solicitors and as soon as we have enough and I'm gonna have all of the video evidence of me having seizures and the undue stress which is caused my family, we will be taking Lowe to a civil court For harassment and they will be paying my legal fees and settlement for my family for the stress caused.

I have had an ongoing issue with this dreadful company for months. Every few weeks I get an email saying they want me to increase my payments, which I can't afford. The website won't let me do anything. I send an email showing how much I can afford. They ignore it. Then a few weeks later I receive another demanding email. Just going round in circles. It's seriously affecting my mental health now. I can't continue.

I received a letter from Lowell about a…

I received a letter from Lowell about a credit card bill. The bill was paid back in 2017 / 2018 years ago. I assume someone has got a credit card in my name from one of my old addresses.

I am sick and tried being asked to pay someones debt and used my name. I also cannot phone your services as I was born DEAF, so how am I suppose to talk to you, via Sign Language down the phone. Don't be stupid. Has a little more respect to thoes who have health issues or a disability.

Think you need to wake up the letter does not even state which credit card it is. which is a bit odd.
