My partner ordered me a pair of Moschino trainers but in the wrong colour we contacted love your fashion and the staff were amazing and sent out a new pair in the correct colour it was quick delivery. we realised when we got the new pair we ordered on wrong size and again the staff were amazing to send out new pair for us in correct size. overall customer service amazing.

I was after a pair of mini uggs and i couldnt find them anywhere, i found this website and i was abit skeptic at first as i had never heard of them. But i thought why not and ordered them. They was shipped directly from italy and was so quick! they are 100% real and i love them! The only issue i had was dhl kept delivering to the wrong locker, i will defo ordwr from here again

The trainers were damaged which is very unusual. We have contacted the warehouse in Italy and forwarded your pictures of the damaged trainers and they have agreed to pay for the return. We have also asked if they can send a replacement and are waiting their reply. Unfortunately it has taken some time. We are a small company and cannot compete with the speed of returns that our larger competitors do but they charge a much higher price than us so it is less of an issue for them to organise for returns ...
Very unhappy & Don’t recommend
I’ve returned a pair of shoes 1 month ago. Still haven’t received an update regarding my return or a refund. They are not even replying to my emails. Someone replied to one of my emails 3 weeks ago saying “it takes a while for the package to arrive to the warehouse and that they’ll update me on that day if it arrived”…crickets. Absolutely nobody updated me, nobody replied my following 2/3 emails kindly asking for an update. I even left them a voicemail, as they never answer that contact number listed on the website. Ridiculous and unprofessional. They seemed really nice and communicative in the beginning, but turned out very disappointing.
I definitely don’t recommend.
