This was my second order from love tiki and I buy the monin syrups off them for my grandchildren for their bobo teas, the delivery is prompt and they are very easy to deal with, my second order came, however, I had ordered green apple and I got apple pie, I contacted them and received a prompt reply and they sent out the correct product immediate. Absolutely fantastic service, can’t fault them and their customer service gets 10/10 from me.

I ordered a high-end bread bin for my wife's birthday.

Love Tiki is the only company I came across in my extensive research that had a really premium product at a very good price.

Unfortunately, there was some damge to the enamel on the lip of the bread bin.

The Customer Support was excellent: prompt reply and prompt action to send out another unit immediately in time for my wife's birthday :o)

I'll be looking to buy more things from them - a really good customer experience.

I have used this company twice now and been been happy with their items, delivery and correspondence. I did have an issue with a delivery but it was sorted very quickly. I will definitely be using them again.

There were a few things wrong with the order. I got some things as a present for my partner with a couple of bits for me. Before the order came I was informed that they didn’t have one of the items so I had to phone and get that refunded. Then the bits I ordered were dasher bottles. They had normal pouring spouts on so are useless for bitters. I phoned up and although they were lovely they said this was normal. I am now stuck with some tiny bottles with standard spouts. As for my partners stuff I ordered some syrups, glassware and a julep strainer. The julep strainer was not in the box. By this point I had phoned up twice and I couldn’t be bothered to phone again with another issue.

Got what I wanted. First delivery went missing but staff were excellent to arrange a replacement. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely order again.

Well never received email or receipt, untill I emailed after so many days , then after this I received receipt and tracking and was upset it was not posted for me to receive in 5 days , so all in all took longer, but was happy with the item

Several bottles of Monin drinks I bought from this company was out of date and completly unusable,

they refused to refund them,

I can say that I definitely won't be buying anything from them again, ever!

Products I ordered were all good quality, however there was a problem with one of the items. On contacting the company, who were very apologetic, I was immediately offered and received a refund. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
