Inflated seat prices
Really disappointing - we were given £100 vouchers for Love Theatre and the exact same seats which would have cost £90 for two directly from the theatre were £108 on Love Theatre. We had no choice but to purchase through Love Theatre because the vouchers can only be used by them directly - felt like a rip off though.

i'm really annoyed that instead of…
i'm really annoyed that instead of being send e tickets after making my booking I was informed I would have to check in 72 hours before actually attending the theatre - I have to wait for an email from the theatre. this will make me anxious and I don't want a system that is like checking on to a flight. Having bought the tickets - which are non-refundable - I want to be sent e tickets immediately so I can print them out and know that everything is settled.

Easy ticket date exchange
I had to get in touch with love theatre to change the ticket date. It was really easy to request a change of date using the online form and Trish responded very quickly to the request and moved the ticket date. Thank you and I would recommend the service.
