I had a promlem with delivery,my order didn't turn up.I emailed Love Orchids,they sorted another order and redelivery for me,the next day.This company is amazing,so on the ball,so unbelievably helpful and understanding.The Orchids are beautiful,in excellent condition, amazingly packaged,arrive in the best condition,such a great price.I recommend Love Orchids to everyone I know! After ordering the Windsor pot of orchids and worrying that the plant would arrive in poor condition due to delay in delivery because of PO strike ,there was no need to worry because of the careful way it it was packed it was perfect and looks beautiful .My friend is highly delighted with her gift .

Absolutely delighted to have received my lucky dip order today. Was a bit worried as the plants had spent a week in a dark box due to Royal Mail strikes. So far so good, the plants look very robust, the foliage deep green and shiny and lots of flowers in each plant. They look the healthiest orchids I've ever seen. Loveorchids will be my go-to place from now on for orchids. Would love to see some new colours of mini-phalaenopsis in the future!

I have ordered from Love Orchids many times for myself, friends and family. They have always been beautiful and perfectly packed. My lounge and dining room windowsills are full of them. Umpteen people have commentated on their beauty including my friendly postman, who even asked me to order some for him. No, I'm not on commission, just happy to recommend.

Just received my beautiful trio of orchids. Well packaged and in great condition. Would definitely recommend.

Love the product but can Love orchids explain why
They advertise 4 mini orchids with buds at £24 when this is only applied to the pot luck choice and not to the all white and pink and purple picture. These show up at £26 once in the shopping basket,! Do they just assume people will pay up !
No adequate response on their chat app.other than to say those colours are normally £36
Previously they attempted to charge us postage when none was applicable.

Super plants. Such good quality. Mine is still flourishing on it's 5th bloom!!

Bought the Fragrant Orchid as a treat for myself. Plant arrived with broken branches so a lot of flowers were dead or dying. Sadly less than 2 weeks on plant a very sorry sight. A shame.

Orchids arrived but no message/ card included which was very unhelpful, just like the after sales support. Disappointing first time purchase.

A little late in sorting out a fair resolution but at least they did and possibly will try them again in the future

I was worried about buying orchids as I live in the Channel Islands and have had some bad experiences buying plants, but my new 4 orchids arrived in great condition, looked like they had only left the company an hour ago! The customer service was terrific and I would definitely buy from them again.

I have had 3 of your 4 for£20 deal ,they are amazing value,well packed and quick delivery.I have to stop myself buying more. One set flowered again straight away after first flowering,even better than before.

I am completely happy with my first orchid order!
It arrived on the date I’d specified, superbly packed, beautifully delivered, plants completely healthy and intact, not one bloom nor leaf out of place, bearing many promising buds, and fully worth the price - which was so reasonable anyway. I cannot believe the skill required to get that all done - but LoveOrchids did it. Thank you very much!

I took the offer of 4 lucky dip of mini orchids What an absolute delight Gorgeous healthy plants arrived brilliantly packaged and totally undamaged. If these are what the company considers mini I have bought poor imitations in the past. Each plant has several blooming stems with masses of flowers and buds to come yet. Also the information on how to grow them properly will hopefully mean they last for years. I certainly am going to try the ice cube method Thank you for that tip

Good company and beautiful orchids. I was worried mine were not going to be delivered, as I not used this company before and at first I never heard from them, but it was all quickly resolved and orchids are wonderful, great customer service

After an initial delivery issue, which was dealt with very satisfactorily, the order arrived the following day.
The trio of orchids looked superb and were packed very well.
Another order has been placed as the quality is very good.

Just received my second order.
It was delivered on the chosen day, perfectly packaged and looking absolutely stunning.
Will order again in the future and recommend to others.

Placed an order on 20th for delivery on Sat 26th for Mother’s Day. Paid extra for specified day of delivery with DPD. It’s showing as “confirmed”, no dispatch notifications. Really disappointed as I wanted to something nice for my mum and now she ends up with nothing. No customer service available on such a key day in the calendar. Avoid.

Update: After a very stressful day on 26th trying to make alternative arrangements, I did eventually get a mesage from customer service at 6pm saying that my order would be dispatched late and they would refund the delivery charge. It duly arrived a day late (on 27th) and seems to be a decent product. I have therefore upgraded to 2 stars. No more due to lack of warning or explanation of the dispatch problem. I paid a premium price for a stress free service and certainly didn't get that.

Wonderful selection of six orchids. Very well packaged and in very good condition. Delivered well within the stated time scale. Good clear instructions included in package. Also purchased a really lovely mister. I couldn’t have asked for anything better than the item I received.
