Hi, Thankyou for your review. We are not stealing US copyright. Lovell Tec and its products are based in Great Britain and we sell our products through a US distributor, that has a license to do so. Previously our products have been manufactured in China, however we are now starting to manufacture in the UK.
I placed an order in May for Destruct Pro. Received a receipt. As of November 2024, still haven't received anything. I've emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram-no reply.
I ordered a few items about 4 months ago. I never received any tracking number or email confirmation. I followed up weekly for the tracking number for months and either got outright ignored for weeks at a time, or got a run around on the rare occasion id get a response. They kepts promising theyd "send a new one out" and then would ghost me again for weeks after I asked for a tracking number/confirmation.
I dont believe this company is legitimate. Steer clear or lose your money like I did.

I bought a USB stick with a high capacity at 256gb and it is usb 3.0. Extremely high quality with fast speeds. Great price for the product.
Needed to wipe a couple of computers I found in the attic. Bought a Destruct Pro and it arrived quickly. Needed advice on how to prove the computers were wiped. Contacted their tech support who talked me through the process and the certificate it generates for every successful wipe. Excellent service.
I received the Destruct Pro in the mail December 18, 2022. I followed the instructions and plugged the Destruct Pro key into the USB port. Opened File Explorer and clicked on Destruct Pro. A dialog box opened and I clicked on Easy Boot. The computer ran the routines specified by Destruct Pro and restarted the computer. Instead of Destruct Pro opening, my Microsoft screen opened as usual. I have left Lovell Tec an email and a chat for four days with no response. I even made sure I sent the chats during their hours of business specified on their website (Mon-Fri 9am til 5pm). No Customer Service.

I just got notified by Lovell Tec regarding this post. They said they didn't see my email on their system. Because I had not heard from them I ordered and received a competitor's product 12/30/22. Problem solved.
Ordered something Dec 4th 2021. When I didn't receive the requested notification that the item had shipped I contacted them a week later and got a reply to say it had shipped and should be with me the next day.
Queried again on a few occasions asking for an update / tracking number and received no reply.
Fast forward to 06/01/2022 and still no reply, no tracking number and no product. I get that December is a busy time and there are lots of supply chain issues but surely it's not asking much to provide the tracking number, which it's supposed to have?
Another reviewer says the site is a scam, I don't know if that's true but certainly would not rank high in terms of customer support.
