Great choice, great prices and a fantastic delivery service
We ordered a pair of kids trainers on Sunday evening around 8pm on a next day delivery service. They arrived on Monday at 11:45am. Absolutely fantastic, thank you. Needed the training shoes quickly as our son had split his current ones on Friday and this far and away exceeded our expectations for a fast delivery.

I ordered TWO dumbells and ONE turned up! How is that good enough? I waited in for it, and now I have received 50% of what I paid for. Is it really that difficult?
EDIT:
I have now amended my 1 star review to 4 stars. Whilst I am still miffed how this could have happened, I accept that they sent me out the remainder of my order with next-day shipping and were proactive to correct the issue.

Paid for express next day delivery as needed the shorts as a Christmas gift. They sent me a women's shirt instead of shorts, despite the return form saying "Womens shorts"There is no number to contact them, there is a chat option but that says it's not working. The email option says it takes 2-3 day to respond so totally useless customer service as there is no one to speak to, so do not even know if this can be resolved before Christmas. Totally useless

Worst company I have ever dealt with- lies lies and more lies
Pro ordered football boots on the 22nd November and full payment taken by Lovell soccer, boots had a delivery date of 16th December. I emailed for an update on the 11th December as this was when the expected the stock to arrive.
First response was stock was due on 26 December to which I went back questioning as I was expecting delivery by 16th December.
Second response stated that they may have taken delivery of the boots.
Third response, boots were currently being scanned in and allocated to a warehouse location but if my order hadn’t updated by tomorrow morning order would be cancelled and refund issued.
I promptly advised I did not want order cancelled and I would wait until the delivery due in on the 26 December- advisor confirmed he would not cancel order.
Fast forward to tomorrow morning - ORDER CANCELLED 😡
10 days to Christmas and I now have to wait 5 days to get my £200 back on top of trying to get my son a pair of football boots for Christmas.
Worst company I have ever dealt with took full payment at pre order instead of at dispatch 🤬

Couldn't leave zero stars, which is actually what they deserve.
Ordered a pair of football boots for Christmas, only to find the Adidas site suggesting a half size up as they're small fitting. Having placed my order hours earlier on the same day, I sent an email asking for the order to be amended to allow for this. I was told no and that orders could not be amended once placed, despite the boots showing on preorder with no stock due for 2 weeks (delivery expected 23rd December). I demanded the order be cancelled and received a refund the following day. Minutes later, I placed the same order on a bigger size without any issues, with the same preorder listing and a different due date of 27th December. No big deal, he's a teenager and beyond the Santa years so a few days late wasn't an issue. Fastforward to 3 weeks later (this morning) and I find a cancellation email in my inbox along with a PayPal refund. Why take the order if they knew they couldn't get hold of stock? Now - 10 days to Christmas - I'm left with no boots for the lad after a rather incompetent service. What I learned today from doing a bit of searching is that Lovell are actually a subsidiary of Sports Direct, which shed some light on the crap service and the postage fees added to a £200 order, when most other big stores offer free postage on orders over £50/£100.
Safe to say I won't be using their site again. Poor.

Ordered sons football boots for Christmas on 28/11. We were waiting for delivery son all excited, asking me every day.
Today 15/12/24 - casual message from Lovell Soccer, we are sorry but we have cancelled your order as we don’t have the stock.
How shockingly pathetic, Just before Christmas. My son will be devastated.
Do not trust this company as they feel it’s all ok to just drop an order last minute.

Preorder boots never arrive just cancel order after full payment
Take full payment on pre order football boots then just send a refund without any cons 2 weeks later leaving us with no boots for Christmas. I’ll never use level again absolutely despicable behaviour! Go elsewhere. Totally unprofessional al conmen.

They are a bunch of thieves
They are a bunch of thieves! they've taken our money £52 for kids football boots, their own courier has confirmed to them they didn't deliver and yet we have no boots or a refund.
We have an email from them conceding they weren't delivered and yet they are sending out a non receipt of goods disclaimer form that has to be printed!!!!!!
They are a bunch of charlatan crooks so avoid at all cost.
Your standard procedure is to take orders for stuff you don't have , lie about it being dispatched, blaming couriers, procrastinate for weeks and then think a painfully complicated refund process designed to make people give constitutes service!!!
In the meantime you keep your customers money on deposit earning your company interest whilst wrecking the shopping plans of xmas shoppers.

Order football boots in the sale for a Christmas present, order confirmation email received to confirm purchase and say order could no longer be cancelled "Your order has now been confirmed and has been passed to the warehouse for processing. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend your order at this time. If you need to return any items once received, please see the return section of our website."
To then receive the following email... how very disappointing! "Unfortunately we no longer have the item you ordered in stock and have therefore had to cancel your order. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will get the funds from your transaction returned to your account as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account."
Extremely disappointing!!! Warning to others.

Was asked to reach out to them, which I have duly done will full detail, they then replied with a one liner asking why I was reaching out. By this point I was asking myself the same question. Another email exchange later and Mike at tech support was fully equipped. Mike duly issued a 10% discount off my next purchase, thanks Mike but that doesn't ease the disappointment of my experience. Not sure I'd be in a hurry to buy again even with the golden 10% discount. 3 out of 10 for effort.
