This shop is fantastic. There is a large variety of superb cards for any occasion you can think of. There are also gifts and craft activities for sale. My order arrived very quickly and was carefully packed to ensure all items arrived in excellent condition. There was also a free gift of a lovely card. Communication was excellent throughout. What a fabulous find! I've now just placed a 2nd order after the first class experience with the 1st.
Ordering was straight forward & there was so much choice at reasonable prices & offers.
I ordered Pop-Up & Hand Finished cards & they are all of superb quality & far less expensive than on other sites.
The other greats are the speed of delivery & the packaging which was really robust.
The finishing touch was a free card which was not expected & made me feel valued as a customer.

Several cards sent together in a strong, reinforced envelope. Arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased.

I must apologise for putting a negative review elsewhere as I mistook which supplier I was talking about. Their card was not in stiffened packing and arrived mangled.

I love ordering from this website, the choice is astonishing and the quality superb. The order I placed this week arrived in record time, I qualified for free delivery so thought that I might have to wait, but the parcel was delivered very quickly indeed. Kate had also Included a little extra gift which really brightened my day. It's the little, thoughtful things that matter, thank you.

I have just spent a ridiculous length of time selecting a card - writing it etc.
When it came to paying it rejected my first card twice. I then tried another card. Received a confirmation code from the bank which obviously I entered. The website said that my card was declined. At this point I gave up since there was no one to contact.

I've returned again and again mostly for pop up cards, but also presents and Christmas cards. The quality of everything is extremely good, and the prices are better than many other similar sites. Items come very quickly,
packaged carefully in a solid cardboard box, often with a freebie, I earn points with their really generous points system, and regularly make use of their offers which keeps me well organised for friends & family's special occasions. It's a smaller company and in the South West where I live so I like that my money supports a local business. I absolutely love shopping here, I'm quite picky when it comes to cards and presents, recipients of the gifts and cards I've bought, especially the pop up cards, are always over the moon with them! Thank you for giving amazing customer service and great quality which is so often lacking from companies these days, it's truly a pleasure to shop with you.

I ordered the 20 pack William Morris Jasmine Notecard Collection. It arrived very well packaged but unfortunately the cards are of poor quality. The printed card is very thin (looks like something I could print at home), and doesn't look as though it will take fountain pen.
This was my first order with this company and although the price was on the cheap side I'm disappointed.
I see another customer here was treated badly so I'd suggest not ordering from them.

I ordered a personalised bear for my grandson's first Christmas. I was disappointed to see the first name spelt wrong. When I contacted customer service, they said they don't allow accents in a name. However the name they wrongly printed on the bear also included an accent. Customer service terrible. I requested a new tee shirt for the bear, but was refused one.

Have bought 2 pop-up cards from Love Kate's in the past 2 months for a 21st and 13th birthday. Both recipients loved the cards my cousin (21 male) told me it's the best card he has ever received and my 13yr old niece told me it was the prettiest card she'd seen. So I highly recommend them especially for special birthdays!

First time I've ever spent £8 on a card but it was worth it! Not only a lovely pop-up Golden Wedding anniversary card, but also fantastic customer service. I'd left it a little late to order, having tried in vain to find a suitable card in the shops, so I asked if there was any way they could send it fairly quickly - and they sent it the same day. It arrived this morning. Very very pleased.

My son was so happy with his unique 18th birthday card! Excellent quality, design and packaging!

Royal Mail have been struggling where we live, with staff shortages and absence due to Covid. Royal Mail changed the emailed delivery date to the day after, which was fine as my son was having a lie in! So, my only advice would be to allow an extra day or so in ordering?
