The cosiest sweetest blanket!!
I got this blanket for my new niece and sent it as a surprise to my in laws - they absolutely LOVED IT - they use it for her all the time, in the house, in the car, in her pram! There are so many colour options too and the quality is unmatched! The fluffy side is SO soft and the embroidery and cable knit is impeccable! I am due in a few weeks and will be ordering one for my baby once he has a name! 🥰

Order not fulfilled
I ordered two Eliza dolls on the 24/03 and received a confirmation email on the 28/03 that the dolls were being made and would be dispatched shortly.
I chased the order having heard nothing on the 07/04 with no response from the seller. I have chased again today (11/04) for an update informing that if their was still no update or goods to be received in a timely manner then I would have no option but to request a refund from PayPal.
The refund albeit was swiftly carried out by the seller with no update as to why the order could not or has not been fulfilled.
I am now attempting to find another seller but as these dolls were needed for a new arrival to the family I have already missed the the date the dolls were required for. ***buyers beware that this seller does not commit to timescales advertised on their website***

I replied to your original email and the 2nd one but you obviously didn’t get my replies for some reason. I also replied to your email today before I sent your refund which looks like you didn’t get either.
My dispatch times vary for each item but usually all items are shipped within a few days to a week!
I originally contacted you to confirm your address because there were 2 different ones, sorry not sure why you didn’t get any of my emails and in the end issued a refund.
Sometimes this can happen if the email you signed up with was typed incorrectly or my emails go into your junk folder. Other than this I don’t know why you didn’t get my emails!
Glad that you got your refund okay and hope this doesn’t put you off ordering with me in the future.
