Depressing AI chat system - endless loops and no human agents
My partner and I have been loyal Lovehoney customers for years, but after this experience, we won't be using them again (still trying to get a resolution).
I am simply trying to arrange a return/voucher under their "100 Day Pleasure Guarantee," but their automated Live Chat makes it completely impossible to reach a human being. Every time I ask to speak to an agent, the bot dismisses me with "No agent available. All our agents are currently busy."
It feels like the AI chat is intentionally designed to deflect customers and prevent them from actually reaching a human being or claim on their guarantee. I am left with a product I'm not happy with and no clear way to speak to a real person to sort it out.
Lovehoney seems happier to hide behind automated bots to deflect customer contact than actually support their customers. Hopeless experience - they've lost a regular customer.

Update, I did receive a message from support after leaving this review. Actually received a voucher for the full value of the problem product, great solution.
Have used Lovehoney for years, Customer support has been patchy at best. Just recently I had to raise a support ticket due to having received a terrible product with misleading reviews, notable one by a "Tester Review" for a product that is no longer being sold just over a week after receiving one! They have a so called "100 Day Pleasure Guarantee" so far apart from a reply that required sending a reminder message, I have received no further response.

My rose stopped charging after a month
My rose stopped charging after a month, I contacted with the chat bot, and no human is ever available, I then filled out an email ticket form twice and recieved no reply over 5 days on 2 separate occasions. Unbelievable especially as it was not cheap!! Disappointed
