I have ordered twice from Billy, both disappoints, one attempted gypping.

I have ordered twice from Billy. The first time the necklace stated 6 weeks - took 3 months to receive. The necklace has an uneven connection on the charm, not impressed but whatever, not a huge deal. Next order had two items. One stated it would be 2-4 weeks the other was in stock. Never shipped out. Emailed and didn’t get a reply. Emailed again and a week later they got back to me. Items eventually arrived and needed to exchange for a different size. Sent the return with tracking information. Item was received. Nothing. Emailed twice and finally got a response after a week stating they would send the item. Never showed up and never got any info. Had to get bank involved. These guys are pompous a holes.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service

Bought a jumper for my wife on the 20th of November and as of the 17th of December its still not arrived! Emailed the team at love billy on the 13th and after 4 days still no response. Ordered from the US i was not informed of any tax's due and was unpleasantly surprised by a £17 bill for importing the products. All in all a poor service so my recommendation is avoid this company at all costs.
