I would go I've minus stars if it could I got my pram was happy it was on time but it clearly says it came from china not their shop in blackpool, I could've ordered direct from china and saved myself alot of money but then looked at quality and wasn't happy but still it was a pram... Hardly used it as I drive and after using it about 5 times the wheel bearing went ok n back wheel and luckily I had just walked through he door and the wheel fell off. Tried contacting them had no reply and then discover the website has gone had to put a wheel from an old pram that was black so completely different to the copper color it came with so have been walking around with a pram with odd wheels and it looks awful but had no choice because I'm finding it hard to get the right size bearing and now the other back wheel has fell off there is no wheel I can borrow now so I have no pram for my 9 month old daughter and we are stuck in as I have no car anymore. I see I'm not the only person who has had problems with their pram. We paid alot if money for the pram and cannot afford to buy another one like that or similar that looks nice and what I wanted. This company has ripped off alot of people and stealing money basically cos that is how they operate. I read that they have got new company called mamas world so I will be contacting them and contacting authorities too because it is disgusting and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it

AVOID AVOID terrible company. Pram broke after a afew months. Had to purchase another one.

I’ve ordered a 3in1 pram and it came in time (delivery 4-6 weeks) and it came after 4 weeks. Everything is fine and the pram is beautiful very easy to push I love it and the car seat is perfect too.

Fraya 3 Travel system arrived wet and smelling of damp and cigarettes! It took over 5 weeks to arrive (came from China, I was led to believe it was coming from Blackpool uk). I emailed the company multiple times with images (including a letter from parcel force stating the item arrived to them damaged) I asked if they would pay for the pram to be dried cleaned as I waited so long for it to arrive it was two weeks before I was due. They offered a different pram however expected me to repack and send the item back when it arrived in a makeshift soaking wet box) and said would take 6 weeks to be delivered again! They refused to pay for the pram to be cleaned which I feel was a reasonable request.
The pram wasn’t cheap and they did nothing to help I even asked to be put in contact with the manager I was so upset that I waited all this time to receive this travel system that was not fit for purpose! I couldn’t put my newborn in a damp and cigarette smelling pram! The worse company I’ve ever had dealings with and caused so much stress to a heavily pregnant woman.

Not great at getting back to customers through email been trying for months to see if they can replace my pram basket, now to hear they've closed down? Asked around for their number and another way to contact but nothing...
Love the pram just need a new basket :/
WILLING TO PAY FOR THE PART!!

Would not give any stars!!!! Very bad company ordered a pram 4 months ago and still not arrived this is a scam! Emailed them and kept being told it was on its way now they have removed their website and not emailing me back! Also have blocked me off facebook! AVOID!!!!!!!

That's not possible! I ordered a baby stroller on May 20th! I waited for the 4-6 weeks and gave them emails because more than 2 months passed during which time I carried my baby in my arms, which is not exactly satisfying! I send them emails continuously with a sigh that it will arrive, but I don't answer at all. I think it's my worst decision, I chose to buy a company from here. Tomorrow I'm going on vacation and I don't have the baby stroller, I'm still waiting for a reason for the money, I want my money back on the card

Shocking company, bought my pram it arrived fine 4 weeks later went to take pram down and it broke, they asked me send my frame off (I explained my baby was a few weeks old and I needed new pram ASAP as I don’t drive and obv used daily) 3 weeks later and still no frame I’m absolutely fuming £400 Iv been ripped off for as with no frame Iv no pram. Iv sent several emails and still being ignored

I ordered a pram from LouLou forever took 6 weeks to come when it arrived the metal was scratched and broken. Threads hanging out of the pram and worst of all the carry cot that baby sleeps in the wood had snapped in half! I tried contacting loulou forever to find that the website has been removed now changed to mamas World ran by the same people.I will be contacting trading standards as this seems to be happening quite alot from these people. Worst prams ever. Not fit for purpose. Im 5 days away from giving birth and this is the last thing a pregnant woman needs to deal with! Stay clear and email mamas world

We ordered the 3 in 1 months ago waitted the 6 weeks as told but still no pram.. a few weeks later the pram arrived and was damaged! Bent out of shape, we contacted the company and they offered a £20 refund for a pram that cost nearly £400.. we refused the generous offer and told them we wanted either a full refund or a new pram delivered right away as baby was due any day ..they told us we would have a new pram within 4 weeks after they picked up the damaged one. They made it as hard as possible in getting the damaged pram picked up but eventually it was now after the four weeks still no replacement and they have stopped responding to emails.. I am so upset, they literally stealing the food out of my babies mouth as I am now having to scrape up money to buy another from elsewhere money that should be being used to feed my daughter! I will now be reporting this to the police as a robbery.. STAY CLEAR FROM Lou Lou FOREVER!!!!

Had anyone from Northern Ireland ordered a pram and know how long they take, nearly two weeks ago I was told the pram would be here in 7 days…. But nothing still no tracking or nothing on pram and baby is here in 3 weeks!!

Ordered the peach system on the 29th of may and still hadn't had any dispatched notice on the 12th June so emailed to chase it up they couldn't locate my order until 15th then I finally got dispatch notice to find that my order was coming from ALI EXPRESS and was being shipped from china to which I find I could have just bought the pram for £160 and saved myself messing about with this company and waiting an extra 2 weeks the quality isn't what you would expect for almost £400 so dont get ripped off!!

We bought a 3 in 1 Tfavel System from this company and yes it took a long time but,we were ok with this as we knew up front that it would take 6 weeks.
When it arrived we were pleased with the look,or my partner was,I myself have a good sense of what quality looks and feels like and my instincts that this pram was a duff one were realised when we opened the pram out for the first time.
We heard the ‘click’,indicating that it had locked into place and my partner place our 3 day old baby girl into the dammed thing and she thought the dip on the left was the spring suspension,yet I was at a more horizontal angle and realised that the pram had not locked out fully.
We tried again and it did lock into place eventually & being decent people and not the type to complain,we put it down to being unfamiliar with the product and went on to use the pram perhaps another 15 times,the last time we used it was when we had to attend an appointment for a scan for our baby….We arrived,got the pram out,locked it out and we had the scan,arrived back to the car and the pram would not unfold,even worse,we then had a situation where we had a pram that we could not fit into our car,a baby that was suffering in the heat of a very hot day whilst we waited for a relative to arrive in her 7 seat car on what was a long journey in heavy traffic,and at a time when she was feeding her children!
This badly built and very cheaply made pram cost us £329 yet lasted less than 28 days.
Before contacting this company,I took legal advice and also checked out the reviews on here too,just so my approach to them was fair but clear.
I quoted the consumer rights act of 2015 emphasising the short term aspect of this act,rejecting a replacement due to this but, also the fact that we had no faith in the product and requested a full refund.
We had a couple of email replies but the final reply was most revealing to me that we had dealt with a sham company that have NO INTEREST in CUTOMER CARE,nor any sense of responsibility or consideration of the effect this pram had on us.
When I requested the return details,I was stunned to see that they were stating that we had to “box the pram and take it to the post office….”(?!?!?!!!???)
It was at this point that I clearly defined to these cowboys that they arrange collection for THEIR FAULTY ITEM,that I was not an employee of theirs and how could they be so remiss at the fact the bloody pram would not fit into our car,even if we were willing to take it there!
Does customer service get worse than this?….Well,YES,it actually got a lot worse,all my partner & myself wanted here was a pram that was fit for purpose….So I stated to them that my bank were going to “charge back” for this item,so please note all that have experienced any of this companies ‘trickery’ that if the item,like ours,breaks or is faulty and this happens within 30 days you are not only entitled to a full refund but under the consumer rights act,and if you paid by debit card as we did,request that your bank put in place a charge back order,the bank will want the details and proof that you have tried to arrange the return etc and they will get you your money back.
So their final INSULT was to infuriate that they wanted the product back so that they could examine it to see if it was the users fault before ‘giving the bank any instruction for a refund’….WOW huh!?!?!!!
These cheeky criminals are so brazen as to question our integrity,like we just made this purchase so we could somehow scam them!!!!!
So please note here that this company is not even a company with an office and are operating from a HOUSE,they are middle men who supply faulty rubbish and most sickeningly of all are choosing to operate in a market where they should not be selling complete CRAP PRODUCTS which,from the reviews here show they must be KNOWINGLY doing this…..as for the good reviews here,all I can say is well done….YOU JUST GOT LUCKY 🍀

I ordered a pram and waited a whole 30 days for them to refund me last minute after several emails and they sent me tracking numbers for my pram!! I have 6 weeks left till my baby is here! Every email sent was responded with I will pass this on to management team and the shop on blackpool is just a house!!!

Very very dissapointed!! I was ordered a pram and after 4 days they make a refund to me because “the pram was out of stock” .I’ve waited this one so enthusiastically because when I ordered was available and now they send me that message.Don’t order from them

Terrible terrible service.
The break bar on the pram we purchased does not work and after providing more than enough evidence in the form of videos to prove the item is faulty they are being more than difficult in arrange a refund and collection of their item.
They originally accepted the return and simply did not turn up to collect the item as previously agreed. We are still waiting to see if they will refund our money.
The items are not checked by themselves as stated on the website. The pushchair literally came straight from China and all documentation is in Chinese, if we had known they are a middle man trading products that have not been through any kinds of safety checks we would have not have purchased from them in the first place.
As they refuse to reply to my emails I contacted them on social media simply asking for a response to which they blocked me.

Their products are dangerous I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Just purchased the Freya travel system from Lou Lou Forever
However I managed to buy the wrong grey as there are 3 types of grey apparantly
After I e.mailed lou lou forever they have been always been both courteous and understanding
I managed to send the parcel back enclosing the instructions I was given re return and my son and his fiance are now the proud owners of a very modern travel system which they had set their hearts on
Roll on Sept when they can fill up this beautiful pram with their beautiful baby

My advice to all the soon to be Mamas if you want a sound mind over appearances then best to go for well known stores however that being said my experience with this boutique was made easy with their customer care. I have my pram now, so far so good !

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely disgusting company, I received my Freya 3 in 1 and put it up straightaway it is so flimsy and dangerous wouldn't even put a doll in it. It is not sturdy at all and a big gap in the middle of carrycot, I contacted them to inform them I wanted to return it to which I have been blocked from messaging them via Facebook. So I have now been left with a dangerous pram and £297 out of pocket

I would not recommend this company. I ordered my pram on the 9th May and still have not received it. According to there website delivery is 7-30days at the most however, this is clearly not the case. I have contacted this company several times and each response has been vague either stating they will contact the warehouse for an update, or someone will get back to me. I’m so disappointed and as a pregnant woman I do not need this stress. It is clear, the bad reviews are NOT fake, I should have listened to them. Honestly, save your money and go to a proper well known company.
