Devo dare un doppio voto

Devo dare un doppio voto - uno per le scarpe arrivate purtoppo non alla altezza delle foto del sito e delle mie aspettative - lo stivaletto aveva un numero scritto a mano sulla suola e decisamente sbagliato ( troppo grande rispetto il numero usato ) inoltre il tessuto doveva essere bianco invece è arrivato argentato con riflessi multicolor stile anni 80- una volta fatta una telefonata mi è stato dato prontamente il rimborso e le scuse da parte dell'azienda - quindi assistenza voto 5 stelle - scarpe voto 3 stelle
