Loudclothing was founded back in 2005 by two guys who wanted to be able to sell the cool band tees that were available stateside to music fans in Europe. Originally the site was run out of one room in a shared warehouse with a team of two handling everything from answering the phone to picking and packing the orders but over the years the business has grown and we are now a team of ten. We have put together what is arguably the UK’s biggest and best range of music tees and merchandise. We work with bands and merchandise companies around the world to bring you special editions, hard-to-find designs and unique imports from Europe and North America. Our team are passionate about music and the t-shirt industry; we are a group of people who have loved music since we were kids and have been in bands, played guitar, deejayed, and so on. Basically, we aren’t just a faceless bunch of suits; we really care about what we do and the gear we sell. We do our best to make sure you are completely happy with what you buy from us and always want to hear your feedback. We also work with independent review site Trust Pilot so that every customer can let us know how we’re doing. We’re proud that we have been awarded five out of five by our customers for the last three years.

Very poor experience with this company
Very poor experience with this company. My order was for two items, but only the cheapest was shipped. I have returned for a refund yet the company has failed to process this, and also failed to answer my emails and contact form submissions chasing a refund.

Saw this on Facebook, had great comments so thought I'd give it a try. The t-shirts were horrible, all 3 were useless. I expected one dudd in the box but not all 3. I immediately requested a return, but have had no reply, you only have 14 days to return so I'm concerned they are delaying so I can't return. Not happy :-(
Just received my very first delivery
Just received my very first delivery, I ordered the 3marvel t.shirt swag box and also 3rick and morty t.shirt swag box, the quality of these t.shirts are amazing. So so happy with them. As well as some other t.shirts I brought as well. I was so lucky to come across loud on Instagram and glad I did. Made two adult children very happy.
Definitely be ordering from loud again.

great customer service
I have shopped with loudshop a lot over the last few years having 2 teenagers!! Orders are always promptly delivered and are great quality. Received an order today and unfortunately one of the boxes I ordered was the wrong size (first time ever). As it’s a birthday gift for next week I had a mini panic and called their customer service. The chap I spoke to was fab. He was very apologetic and wonderfully helpful and sorted dispatch of a new box within an hour. I don’t usually write reviews but felt it was warranted today.

Still waiting on my order to arrive
Waiting on my order to arrive. The website says my order has probably been delivered but it has not.
I have phoned 3 times now to ask where it is and although the customer service guys I have spoken to are polite and apologetic, they keep saying they will sort it out and phone me back in 5-10 mins with my order tracking number and I still have to ring the following day because I have waited all day for their call back. To be honest if they tell me again tomorrow that they will phone me back I will ask for my money back and shop somewhere else. Completely fed up!

Very good selection of new and retro style film and band t-shirts etc, at a reasonable price with some nice offers. The only 2 criticisms I would say that the website doesn't have a search engine and takes time to get to your interested product scrolling through pages. Also, the PayPal option before checkout doesn't always come up and so have to enter details manually on orders.
