I ordered a pit of leggings on November…
I ordered a pit of leggings on November of 2018, and Lotus charged me $49.99 on Dec. There’s suppose to be a 14 or 16 day free trial and I never received the legging that I paid $4.99 for. They informed me that I sent them an email address on the the address line, if that’s the case someone should of reached out to me. Even when Lotus decided to charge me $49.99 they would of seen that I didn’t receive the product. All I want is a refund for $49.99, I was offered was the leggings again but yet when I called they had my address there. I don’t get it! So you have my address or don’t have it, because the 3 people that I spoke to were able to verify my address. I would of definitely called back within the free trial to either get my money back and if I liked the product I would of just left it alone. At this point I don’t want the product because it wasn’t shipped to me and Lotus does have my address because 3 different people on the phone asked to verify it. This is definitely wrong, all I want is a refund for the $49.99, Lotus can keep the $4.99 if they wish witch I wshould get back as well. I’m a single mom of 4 kids and I can’t be transferred to so many people to get this resolved. I’m very upset with this company and the way they’ve treated me. Can someone reach out to me because this is not fair, I was never rude to anyone and I don’t appreciate it the way I was rubbed off.

Watch out!!! Prepare to be scammed!!! They will bill your credit card for 49.99 over and over. No where did it say I was signing up for this unless it’s on a page after the order is placed. Buyer beware!!

Worst Customer Support Ever
It was easier for them to cancel my order without a warning and refund me taking CAD$ 6.75 from the whole payment.
The problem was that they were only shipping to Canada for VIP and wholesale orders at the time and since I'm not a value customer they cancelled my order instead of actually shipping it out and took some of my money.

Fun Prints, good price, specially when on sale, not a lot of options for dudes out there so it's nice a wide selection. Quality and sizing can be a little hit or miss. Some pairs I've been a Small, but must a Medium, 145 lbs, 31" waist. A little slow on the shipping, gotta be patient.

Double check your size with LotusX
Easy to contact regarding exchange. Mermaid leggings were beautiful as always. I ordered my first LotusX and they are going back due to the fact they are sized MANY times smaller than the other leggings. I could hardly pull them up even thing they were the same size as the other leggings I ordered. Please consider adding a disclaimer to your LotusX that they are smaller and to be sure to check the size chart. They are beautiful and anxious just tiny compared to all the leggings I hence in my closet from you guys.

The leggings quality and printing are fantastic plus the fit in sizes are always right. The only thing I would change on some of the leggings only because she says so, is the placement of the lotus logo. It could be put somewhere less conspicuous. Outside of that she's happy

Got a Black Friday deal. Shipping was reasonable (about two weeks). The pants fit great. I like how I won’t have to worry about my rear showing when I bend over. I’ve never had these pants before, so I am anxious to find out their durability.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. It does NOT say anywhere that they will charge you $49.99 month. I called my bank to notify them on unauthorized transaction. I did not even get the leggings for a month after which I believe they do that, then charge you prior and say they cant do anything about it. There are ads that don't give enough information ad that's how they scam you. I am disappointed at this company for even be doing things like this to people just to get rich.
