SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered 2 dresses over a month ago - it was apparently shipped a couple days later but the tracking number showed no updates ever. It was also shipped from china which was a surprise given it’s supposedly an NL company. Well the order has never arrived, emails only receive AI responses back and their phone number doesn’t work. It is a SCAM - do NOT order from here!

The description says that the coat is woolen and very warm.
In fact, the coat is of poor quality, made of POLYESTER, very cold.
when I asked about the return, the customer service told me that I have to pay for the return
I do not recommend anyone to order in LOTTE mode!!!!

They are pretending as a Dutch boutique but they are actually shipping it from China through another company called LEON C/O Alline. Extremely bad quality and they are charging you a lot for a nylon fake ( completely different from what you order.)
I will actually file a complaint to authorities as they are buying super cheap and reselling you extremely expensive. not very legal and ethical way of working
